ABV: 5.8 %. Bought in August 2014. Resting in my beercellar for 1 year and 9 months.
Bottled on May 7 2014. Best before May 7 2015.

This beer pours hazy and deep orange to yellow. Lots of lacing stays on the glass.

Nose: Orange, pineapple, lime, grass and Belgian yeast.
Taste: Suprisingly fresh! Lemon, lime, orange, sweet malt, earthy notes and grass.
Mouth: Crisp, smooth with a bitter and dry ending. Light to medium carbonation. Very drinkable!

No problems at all to store this beer and drink it one year after "best before" - It’s so good!

Hazy amber orange color with a thick bright white head with eternal retention and leaving laces.
Nice aroma with notes of fresh oranges, pineapple with lemon drops and bread.
Flavor with spicy and herbal hops, fresh oranges, lemongrass, white pepper, white grapes, yellow fruits, flowers, some grapefruit and lemon. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 5.8% is absent.
Love this brewery. Well done pleasant Belgian Pale Ale. This is complex, refreshing, balanced, well hoped and spicy. What else to ask from a beer?

Color: bright yellow, almost straw, hazy, with lots of floating particles. The head of white built, not very stable, decently adorned with glass.
Aroma: initially sweet, fruity, hoppy, later becoming dry.
Taste: Malt of fruit inclusions, is somewhat dry and slightly sour. White grapes, a bit of lemon.
Gentian: clear, dry lemon and grapefruit. Saturation high.

Rich gold/yellow. Slightly hoppy, grains, crisp and clean aroma. Slightly fruity, a little bitter, clean, crisp. Not much to it, but refreshing and high carbonation.

Poured from an 11.2 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance of this beer is a hazy golden yellow with a large white head. The aroma is full of yeast and malt with some grass and pepper thrown in. A very complex aroma. The flavor is full of malt and fruit a very intricate brew.

On tap at Poechenellekelder, Brussels.
Tarnished gold with lumps of trailing white head. 4.25
Lemony hops, touch of must, and aspirin. 4
Lemsip up front, tangerine, some bubblegum, herbs, harsh citrus hops, some apricot, and clovey phenols. 4
Estery apple sauce and chalky linger. 4
Just past light, round, clingy. 4

Not as clean as Taras - a bit yeasty. But well hoppy to go with that yeast character, almost with lots of mineral and dough. Heavy hitter at 5.8%, but complex enough to rep Brussels. 4.25
