Recently stumbled across my notes from The Festival 2012. Lets do this!

A - Poured a very nice golden hue with a fluffy white head that fades to leave solid lacing.

S - Light grassy notes, faint floral hops, gentle earthiness.

T - Taste is quite pleasant, nice floral hop notes. Good lingering dry bitter finish.

M - Mouthfeel is very very nice. Crisp, dry finish.

O - Overall, a solid beer. Quite nice belgian pale ale. Very drinkable.

2015 version, bottled. Slightly hazy golden color with huge, frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy with nice citrus notes and also some floral yeasty notes. Taste is similar with floral yeast at first, slightly sweet, but gets quite bitter and hoppy on the finish. Medium body, quite soft, but with high effervescence. Overall it leans towards the belgian IPA style with the specific belgian yeast profile but complemented by citrusy hops and a good amount of bitterness.

A. There are a lot of small bubbles coming up the side. It leads to a white bubbly head that leaves some lacing. It has a light caramel color. It is completely opaque.

S. It has a thick, grassy, lemon hop scent.

T/M. This has a beautiful, grassy belgian taste to it. It's a mild lemony hop taste, with a good malty smoothness. There's a grape, or dark fruit, undertone to it, but it has a nice celery/grassy taste. Carbonated and medium-to-full bodied, but refreshing.

O. I thoroughly enjoyed this. It was flavorful and refreshing; nothing was over the top and there was a nice balance.

Poured from tap at the Avenuie pub in NOLA into tulip. Pours a hazy golden, heafty head and thick lacing. Smells of wheaty hops. Taste is of again wheaty hops and a bit of fruity bite. Slightly bitter but smooth and creamy. Really nice brew and pumped I got to try.

This beer was sick.

Poured a clear yellow with a foamy white head that attached to the sides of the glass.

Big floral and spicy belgian yeast nose. Lemon/citrus, grassy, white pepper.

Taste was so refreshing. Light bready malt. Not much sweetness. Bitter, floral, and grassy hop finish. Spicy belgian yeast and lemon zest in between. Crisp and dry all day. So simple yet so good.
