Buffalo Sweat "dry-nibbed" with 4 oz cocoa nibs.

Served in a pint glass.

Served with a finger of of creamy tan head. Splattered lace left. Color is a dark brown/black.

Aroma: roasted malts, chocolate, cocoa nibs. Creamy and milky. Sweet.

Taste: Pretty much mimics the nose. Roasted malts, creamy and milky, sweet. Chocolate and cocoa nib flavors. Not chalky like some of these beers can be.

Mouthfeel: Smooth and creamy. Medium bodied with a medium amount of carbonation. Ends a bit roasted.

Overall, a really nice cask offering. Very clean. I like how creamy it was. Easy drinking and well done.
