A: Pours a deep copper cold with a moderate head that fades to bits of lacing that fades quirckly to bits of lacing.

S: Mild aroma of Malt sweetness and bit of hops in the background.

T: Taste is a mild malt sweetness and bit of grain. Quite bland. Very mild bitterness

F: Fairly light body and smooth with not too much flavor.

O: A decent and non- offensive beer.

Pours dark amber with a quickly fading head.
Nose shows caramel and bready malt along with soft spicy hops. A little restrained.
Flavours aren't as good, bready malt remains but there's also cardboard notes and vegetal characters.
Almost flat, needs more carbonation.

A visit to Cold Stream Brewery and you basically have the choice of ale or pilsner. I choose Ale. It poured a dark golden hue, almost orange on its way to brown. The foam was thin. A highly malty aroma aroma with sweet bread and caramel and some husky grain. On the palate the English malt is prevalent. The sweet caramel is swept away by husky grain. The slightest bit of hops at the end from the fuggle hops. OK.

From The Dairy - Yarra Valley.

One of those beers... I could find nothing to recommend serving temp. I imagined Aussie Pale Ale and served at low temp.

Poured a deep amber/ bronze. One finger cream head and moderate lace.

Aromas muted, hops malt in mix but nothing stood out.

Taste essentially was Big malt driven like an American Amber Ale then softened as it warmed, and yep, English bitter here we come. Apricots, marmalades, English hops. Fruity on front palate.
Light carbonated, light to medium bodied.

All in all, a well made ale. Surprise!! Looking at the web since, unsure if this is a re-branded beer.... the packaging is very different.
