I was shocked to find this on tap but find no mention on the brewer's website. The info was verified via google search. Listed at Lost Dog as "a Belgian style tripel with a twist". I also saw style listed as "Abbey Ale"

A: amber ruby, pretty clear with thin rim head, some lacing
S: not much to note - maybe some faint yeast, light fruitiness, can't tell what
T: sort of starts like a semi-dry red wine, fruity in nature, cranberry; maybe some grape given the wine taste. The hop bitterness does dispel the wine comparison, trending the taste towards pomegranate before fading, with the very last notes being a little lemon-y
M: the bitterness does add some earthy, clay-like dryness, but it does fade leaving a coating on the mouth
O: this reminded me of my thoughts on DFH 61, although my recollection may belie my actual analysis. It's fairly well balanced on its tastes, although the transition to bitterness runs close to the edge of trying to do too much.
