Appearance. Pours a very hazy honey-amber with a thin white head.

Smell. Floral, slightly earthy hops and citrus fruits with some toasty light grains and a tough of caramel.

Taste. Dry, earthy, and lightly herbal hops with a little citrus rind and some toasty light malts. Not much sweetness here. I wasn't sure how "English" this was going to be going by the smell, but I get it now.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with smooth, medium carboantion.

Overall. A nice dry IPA with some interesting english style hops and a touch of citrus that gives it a little zip.

A frosty looking ruddy amber. Cloudy, except at the edges where it thins out a bit. Frothy cream head. Good retention, solid lacing.

The nose starts vinous and sweet. Very green. Bright with a belgian yeasty fruitiness

A good bit of juicy hoppiness finishes with a fruity skylight finish. The texture and body of the wheat become apparent

I love me the Pig War and memories of Cattle Point from HS, and this is an enjoyable IPA, but I wouldn't... start... a war... over it (nice)?

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a hazy, light golden amber with a half finger white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of citrus, light pineapple and sweet malt. Flavor is bright citrus hops and citrus rind, mild sweet malt, finishing with citrus and pine hops, slightly floral. Medium bodied. A nice neutral malt body that is supportive, but allows the hops to shine through. Not a hop forward, intense IPA, but one that presents the hops distinctly on the tongue. I really liked this. Note that this bottle clearly states 6%, not 8%, so perhaps the ABV has been changed for this year.

Clear golden color with a modest head. Foams up nicely with every pour. Light body with a pleasant spritzy mouthfeel. Light and lemony with a tangy, malty background. Some sweet malt and the sharp hoppy oils. Warm and fragrant taste with a hint of fruit and the slightest vegetal dankness. Bitterness is more of an afterthought, so it's not the typical hop blast. A very drinkable and friendly IPA.

Brewer rates this at 60 IBUs. From the 16 oz can bought at Market of Choice on 29th in Eugene.

A: Pours a caramelly red color not too much head no lacing, tight bubbles up the corners of the glass
S: Smells earthy and herbal. Slight caramelly maltiness.
T: Caramelly sweet maltiness with herbal and earthy hop bite at the end. Very well balanced
M: Pretty warm beer, seems a bit more than 8%, smooth going down.
O: Nicely balanced stronger English style beer, different but I like it.

22oz bottle poured into a large snifter. Bottle code is 146 01 0651, near as I can tell. Label is different than pictured (currently, picture is blue, this is primarily green and yellow). Also, ABV according to label is different than listed on this beer (6% on label, 8% according to BA). Label says it's supposed to be a White IPA, which I understand is a semi-made-up style.

Pours pretty clear, golden with a bit of an amber tinge, smallish pale head that seems like it'll leave some cool lacing (based on the clumping along the glass). Small amount of fine carbonation. Smell is flower, mild, citrusy, a little grass.

Taste is a bit piny, a hint of banana, citrus bitter. A little grassy sweetness.

Mouthfeel is light and airy and nice. Overall, pretty good beer.

Pours a hazy pale golden with a foamy white head.

Citrusy, floral hops, a solid crackery malt base.

A quite well done IPA.

Canned about 6 weeks ago - served in a Teku

Straw colored with a small white head. A bit cloudy. Citrus on the nose. Citrus, not too bitter, some sweetness. Alcohol is well hidden. Approachable IPA
