Notes:
This Juicy Hazy IPA showcases Mosaic and Cashmere hops which explode with aromas of peach, guava and tangerine. Fruity and juicy, a generous amount of oats are added to give Juicy Jack a rich, full bodied flavor.

Poured into a pint glass via a can dated 12/12/2019
Color was a cloudy yellow with white foam
Smell was muted citrus..slight hints of lemon zest and orange rind
Taste was muted as well..lacking pop that most NEIPA's have
Carbonation was light and the mouthfeel was as well

12 oz. can - Canned on 01/18/19:
Pours hazy/cloudy yellow. A thin head lasts and leaves some lacing.
The smell is fruity - tangerine and peach.
The taste is of peaches, tangerine, tropical fruits.
It is creamy and very smooth. Restrained bitterness.
An excellent rendition of a New England-style IPA. Nice, fruity easy-to-drink.

Golden yellow in color. Turbid in appearance. Jack is basically mango and peach puree. Nice amount of sweetness. Creamy feel. Lower bitterness. Solid NE style IPA.

A: Very hazy orange/yellow with rich white foam and thick lacing.
N: Mango, orange, hops, and some pine.
T: Follows the nose, very fresh up front with good mango/peach notes, solid hops hit and a resin like finish.
M: Very fresh up front with a bite on the finish, clean citrus throughout.
O: Great beer just a little harsh on the finish. If this was smoother it would be a great beer, but the bitterness sort of took it down some for me. Still a nice offering but I wish it was less West Coast and more East Coast as I anticipated.

Picked up a single from TW Arrowhead 2-7-19 for $2.19. Canned on 1-2-19; consumed on 5-8-19. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured a hazy golden orange with a very nice white head with the initial pour.
Nose is very orange and mango forward.
Taste is orange and mango over a medium malt base. Finishes with an every so slight touch of rind - 2/10 on the bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and fairly refreshing.
Overall a nice effort from SanTan. I see they have it in the regular rotation at the Uptown Brewpub which i will need to have on my next visit.

12 oz can poured into a pint glass.
L - pours an obviously hazy/opaque orange–amber color, a finger of foam that dissipates steadily and leaves little lacing
S - very fruit-forward with lots of citrus and tropical fruit. Tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, mango, guava, some grassy hops
T - follows the nose with citrus up front and tropical fruit toward the end, some honey and bready malt, slightly hoppy alcohol bite, but definitely “juicy” and on the sweeter end of IPAs
F - light-to-medium bodied, moderate carbonation, smooth and drinkable. The addition of oats is newer to me but it definitely gives it a smoother character and richer body.
O - a very good “juicy” IPA that offers more sweetness than bitterness but has just enough of a hoppy bite to balance it out and is very drinkable.

Got in a trade with AZBeerDude72. 12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 6/5/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, coconut, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, coconut, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, coconut, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.5%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish; great soft feel. Amazing Mosaic/Cashmere profile. Extremely juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.

Pours a hazy gold with a one finger head and some lacing, smells peachy and citrusy, tastes peachy and citrusy but finishes with a bitter hoppy aftertaste, and has a clean mouthfeel other than the bitter aftertaste. Overall, it is a pretty good NEIPA. My only complaint was the bitter finish that I normally don’t anticipate in a NEIPA.
