A-pours a cloudy paticals floating golden color with tiny white head and no lacing.
S-sweet floral notes with noticeable citrus
T-taste is of citrus and spice. Added a lemon slice which really brought this beer to life. Added a nice sour complexity to this sweet beer.
M-medium bodied with a nice tingle of citrus lingering in my mouth.
O-good beer would drink again especially on a hot sunny Sunday.

it appeared haze yellow typical for the style
very nice head thick clinging to the glass for a little while .
good citrus smell not to heavy.
it had a nice taste lemon and wheat went down nice refreshing not to filling.
the only thing I didn't like was the aftertaste almost watered down not typical for this style ,like it was missing something. Good would drink it again but could be better.

On tap at the Allentown Brew Works location.

Poured a deep and cloudy to murky yellow color with a small sized whit head. Aromas of bananas, cloves, and light wheat. Tastes of wheat, cloves, coriander, light citrus, and bananas.

Notes from 10/13/07.

On tap at the brewpub.

It appears like they're making this one a regular, and that's probably a good thing. This ale has a most of the typical wit flavors like coriander, lemon, and creamy wheat, but everything seems amplified. That takes the balance of a bit and it's not as subtle as other wits, but darn it's still tasty. Definitely a beer to try if you make it to the Brew Works.
