This brew pours an opaque orange color with a two finger head and moderate lacing. (Good lacing for a wheat beer). Moderate carbonation
The smell is straw, wet hay, wheat, coriander, orange and lemon. Maybe a tiny bit of apple and pear with a hint of banana.
The taste is wheat, with orange peel, lemongrass and light, sweet malts. There is also a hint of apple and banana. There is the slightest hint of floral and citrus hops on the back end a just a little hop oil remains on the tongue after swallowing.
The mouthfeel is crisp and cracker like. Not too thin and not too thick, a little oily as well.
Overall, this is a very good wheat beer. It does what a wheat beer should; be light, sweet, refreshing and sessionable. I think I could drink a half-dozen of these.

On tap at the brewpub.
It appears like they're making this one a regular, and that's probably a good thing. This ale has a most of the typical wit flavors like coriander, lemon, and creamy wheat, but everything seems amplified. That takes the balance of a bit and it's not as subtle as other wits, but darn it's still tasty. Definitely a beer to try if you make it to the Brew Works.

Pours a shockingly cloudy orange gold. The light wouldn't even pass through this. We're talking pint held to an exposed 60w bulb. Yikes! I suspect this one will be yeasty. Regardless of what comes next, this looks gross.
Smells of delicate wheat, orange juice, and a slight metallic sting.
Wow, tastes much like a hefeweitzen with a sweet and smooth yeast character backed by an equally smooth wheat. This is followed up by an effervescent citrus that leans towards orange and a touch of lime. Finishes shockingly clean.
This one's a mouth full with an explosion of carbonation, but things fall pretty quickly and disappear.
Looks aside, this one isn't too bad, but perhaps a little heavy for the style.

Hazed yellow-gold color with nice cap of soapy white head, good lacing. Scent is as advertised, orange and lemon peel for citrus, corriander and pepper for spice and chamomile for a light floral taste all backed with a light bready yeast. Taste follows scent... a dead ringer for Hoegaarden if there ever was one, and props for being able to duplicate it exactly. Medium bodied, active carbonation, light citrusy sweet aftertaste. A nice Wit with some strong flavors and extra kudos for being able to mimic another beer spot on.

A-pours a cloudy paticals floating golden color with tiny white head and no lacing.
S-sweet floral notes with noticeable citrus
T-taste is of citrus and spice. Added a lemon slice which really brought this beer to life. Added a nice sour complexity to this sweet beer.
M-medium bodied with a nice tingle of citrus lingering in my mouth.
O-good beer would drink again especially on a hot sunny Sunday.

First had: on tap at Bethlehem
Poured a slightly hazy, bright straw-whitish-yellow color with a small fizzy white head. Served with an orange wedge. Aromas of light banana esters and typical wit spices. Taste of toasted grains, more of the typical wit profile, but a bit watered down... This was basically a Blue Moon clone, so after a couple sips, I plopped in the orange wedge, and let it take the edge off so I could finish it easier. Light body, fairly easy to drink, but lacking in any real complexity or taste. Sampler size is all that's required for this one.
