I think we got lucky getting this one as we kicked the cask (at the Bethlehem location). It wasn't on the menu, but we asked the Waitress if they had anything on cask and low and behold, she came back saying we have a unblended Lambic on. SCORE!!!

Poured a medium and cloudy amber color with a very small sized off white head. Aromas of mustiness, funky, wet hay, earthy, and lightly fruity. Tastes of mustiness, brett, light citrus, and lightly bready. Light to medium sour and tart finish.
