This is a large multi room beerery. They were pouring about 5 of their own brew upstairs, which all were of a fine quality. What really impressed me was the downstairs area/seperate bar, where they offer a fine selection of Belgian and Belgian style bottles only. This list of brewes is extensive and impressive for a place in Bethlehem! Food that I saw looked good, the athmosphere here was casual and friendly and there was lots of brew kettles/fermentors in view. (allways a bonus!) Now if Pa. could do something about all the smoking they allow in bars, I would really be happy. This is a worthy beer stop, and worth a ride to try all the Belgians in the lower level bar.

Visited Brew Works in Bethlehem on a Saturday night. Waited almost an hour but we had a table of ten(wait was to be expected)...Many of us ordered the flight sampler of 6 beers which was very good. Appetizers were pretty much bar food except the Boom Boom shrimp(very good)...I had the Slag Pot meatloaf which was excellent, Fish Tacos were also very good....Service was excellent and we really had a great night

Quite a change of pace from a large patio Colorado brewery, but it works. The food was good. I enjoyed the vibe of the metal and open brewery equipment everywhere. I wish it had more patio space, but ehh. They had more beers in bottles than on tap, which kinda stunk as I would have liked to enjoy it on tap, but still a decent list. Nothing mind blowing, but still a fun place to get to.
