Hard to argue it's near perfect appearance as it puts a clear straw to light gold with a huge pillowy white head that has excellent retention and lacing.

Smells of freshly baked bread and spicy, floral hops.

Flavor follows with a even blend of biscuits and grassy, spicy hops.

Feel is light and crisp, but has an earthy lingering bitterness that seems just a touch inappropriate.

Overall, this is a great US made Pilsner in the vein of its Czech inspirations, and I would gladly recommend any fan of a good traditional Pilsner to try it.

Seattle review dump.

A- 500ml pours a hazy very pale yellow brew atop which a massive several finger head forms. The cap has a thick and frothy texture and great retention. Thick pillows of lace connected by webs.

S- Pils grains with a mostly clean lager base sans a few hints of pale fruits and bread. Spicy and floral hops aside straw, herbal, grassy, cereal and mineral water hints.

T- Flavorful and fulfilling malty base without any muddling of flavors or intruding sweetness. Rich cereal and pils grains complimented by Noble hops which drop spicy, grassy, herbal and floral notes. Balanced all the way with a clean yeast base.

MF- Creamy and somewhat silky consistency to a light-medium body. Crisp and fairly dry with a clean bitterness in the end.

A very solid US soil Pilsner. The malts and hops both bring signature flavors and in the end it is all about the balance and clean lager ferment.

Had on tap, first beer from this brewery. Straw colored, mostly clear. Thin, white head with streak lacing. Aroma is slightly floral with some bread malt and herbs. The flavor is herbal/grassy with hints of lemon and floral. Some bread malt as well. A bit bitter in the hoppy aftertaste, but very drinkable. A good beer overall.

Bomber bottled on 7/25/16. First time I've had anything from these guys and I'm a big fan of this beer. A little thin on the head, could be the pour, could be the glass, could be the beer, not a big deal. Color is pretty much spot on, on the darker side for the style. Grassy aroma, spicy and even a lemon. Flavor is grassy and spicy with a good malt backbone. Mouthfeel is amazing, so much body for the style. Overall, this is a hard beer to beat. I'll be tracking it down next time I'm out that way.

Nice aroma. Lingering unpleasant finish made this beer less than sessionable.
