Poured 750ml bottle into Teku. 2015 Vintage. Darker shade of gold with a soft white 2 finger head. Fades into thick cap with minimal lacing. Looks enchanting. Starts off with a tart and musty aroma. Fresh lemon juice, green plum, and sour grapes. Funk is light and there is a slight woody character. Huge bright tartness that is bordering on sour. Lemons. green plum, and sour grapes. I detect faint funk and some oak and must. Light crisp finish without the overbearing sourness. Carbonation is perfect and the finish is slightly dry. Pretty tasty Gueuze style that I hope is made again by FF.
