Bottle from 2016 Boise stone fruit tasting on 8/27, thanks to Steve. Color of apricot juice, hazy, flat. Aroma presents rich apricot notes and hints at the tartness to come. Apricots continue to dominate the flavor, with a bit of pucker as well.

Bottled in Nov. 2018
Opens with a nice little POP and pours an orange tinted peach color with almost no carbonation or head
Smells of peaches, lemon, and damp hay
Tastes of just under your peaches, lemon & orange zest, and barnyard mustiness mixed with oak twigs
A clean, unripe fruit tartness with the tannins from chewing on oak twigs
Very, very nice. Not a lot of blonde ale presence, but lots of unripe fruit and yeasty must. Very well done and a great taste of summer

375ml bottle. Etched on bottle dating is 'PKGD 15NOV18'.
Cloudy, peach colored body. Quick dissipating fizzy head. No lacing. Some bigger residue chunks sink to bottom of the glass.
Aroma of sour, funk, and peach.
Taste is tart, sour, and funky. Flavors of lemon and peach. Has a touch of oak barrel. Finishes with sweet peach. Dry in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Minor tooth scraper. Good carbonation.
This is a sour ale with some depth of flavor expressions. Definite funkiness that works well with the oak.

Bottle. Slightly hazy straw, thin head of white foam settles quickly into a few small bubbles. Bright peach flesh aroma.
Tart, softened and balanced by barrel, sweet and deep peach flavor. Fresh and ripe.
Soft carbonation, medium body, a hint syrupy.
Overall a very tasty brew, great flavor.

Thanks to Jeff for this one. 750ml corked and caged bottle into Night Shift stemware. Shared with schen9303.
Decent color but head dissipates quickly. Looks filmy. Nose is super funky. Hints of oak, sour peach and apricot, orange zest and vinegar tartness. Very pungent. Almost aggressive on the nose. Beer opens juicy peach. Accented vinegar and unripened sour peach tartness up front. However, this is more than a one trick pony. Some nice, juicy apricot and peach sweetness in the middle provides a bit of balance. This is soft, not as acidic is most. There's also a noticeable funkiness. Like wet oak and foam right at the end. Finishes puckering but not overly so. Pretty impressive. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and foamy on the palate and aggressive going down. Puckering, lingering aftertaste.
Really good overall. One of the better Wild Ales I've had in a while.
