When pouring the beer, it has a clear yellow / copper color. The foam is white with lots of small bubbles. The foam disappeared at a leisurely pace and left the track. The scents that greets you is malty and caramel. Behind, there is little hops tones with a little bitter orange. But you will find some grapefruit and a little lemon if you're looking. A little grass, dried fruit, brödig and some yeast. The taste is like the fragrance that meeting of malt and creamy caramel. Hop tones are having are pretty reclusive and beer feels a little "greasy". Some grass and bread in the background. Bits of cute little sweet, but a little lemon and orange. The bitterness is not really marked, but there is. Medium body, and some small dry. Carbonation is medium to low. Slightly bitter with a buttery feel.

Nicely balanced English style IPA. Very drinkable. Good hop profile with mellow bitterness. Went very well with seafood. Enjoyed. Would have again.

Bottle into Grolsch pint glass in low altitude Cork, Ireland. Reviewed live.
A: Pours a 1.5 finger head with a little cream, of nice thickness, and decent retention. Semi transparent copper colour.
Sm: Cream. Light pale crystal malt/hops. Pleasant. The bittering hops seem tamed. Let's see if that persists in the taste...
T: Creamed barley for the first half - perhaps a bit too weak - with a typical IPA bittering hop climax that is slightly tamed but not as much as it ought to be, throwing off the expectations from the open. This effect renders it decidedly unbalanced, but not terribly so. Some unpleasant malt enters on the climax and stays around through the finish, leaving an unwelcome aftertaste that discourages the next sip. Thankfully restrained in terms of bittering hops for an IPA (me most hated style), but still suffering from quite a few weaknesses. It's built above average for the style.
Mf: Far too dry, especially on the climax, but nicely smooth, complementing the direction of the opening flavours. I just wish the body wasn't so schizophrenic. A bit too heavy for 5.60% ABV.
Dr: Expensive by Irish standards, but very forgivable for a Swedish import.

The beer is clear copper toned amber, with an off-white head leaving good lacing.
The smell is citric, bitter oranges and grape-fruit peel, some toffee as well.
The taste is caramel and sweet biscuits, quite some lemon and orange sourness. The bitterness is lemon zesty.
Medium carbonation, soft refreshing and a nice dry finish.
A well-done IPA, both reviewed from bottle previously and now on-tap.

The colour is gold with hints of brown, the liquid clear. The low head is very airy and white.
The smell is mild, yet complex. English grassy hops, some hints of yeast, moss, sap and ink.
The taste is much stronger with flowers and some exotic sour fruits, tobacco and lemon acid. The semi-sweet malt is in the background. The aftertaste got a good bitterness and hints of earth and mushrooms.
The carbonation is light, as it is in many cask ales but at the same time the bubbles are very lively and refreshing. The liquid is semi-smooth.
Yummy!

Pours a very slightly hazed orange hued amber. Nose is slight citrus. Flavor is a pretty firm blast of salty hops. Citrus and pine tones are there. But the salt overpowers it all unfortunately. This is certainly not a total disaster, but it's a bit rough around the edges and bringing too much of certain things and not enough of others.

A: Hazy yellow with a small white head and lots of lacing.
S: Caramel, Herbs, Bitter hops, Citric notes.
T: Caramel, Roasted malt, Herbs, Citric notes, Pine, Hay.
M: Herbal hops mixed togheter with a solid malt backbone makes this brew quite balanced with some extra bitterness at the end. Carbonation is quite low.
A very english type of IPA and a very drinkable one at that. Nice!
