A light bodied blonde made with local honey.

A-Light golden yellow with a thin white head that reduced to a ring and left spotty lace.

S-Light sweet honey with a unique beeswax candle aroma. Just like they say in the beer menu!

T-Silky sweet honey upfront with a supporting light bready malt backbone.

M-Light bodied and smooth. Maybe a bit too light for my tastes.

D-A good beer, I think made for the BMC crowd that might come in here. At least they do something different than a light lager clone. The honey sweetness is present but not overwhelming.
