Honestly, the best saison being brewed in Nebraska currently. Try it you won't be disappointed. Nice nuanced apricot nose and taste. Light to medium body. Medium to high carbonation. Perfect summer saison. Cheers!

Quite an interesting brewery, and quite an interesting beer, although I really think their beers are a bit too dear costwise. This is a beautiful pour- an apricot gold color with an attractive, fluffy white head, but quite hazy. Aroma has light apricot and some yeastiness, but somewhat murky. Very nice flavors- a bit soft with slightly funky apricot and a black pepper top note that nicely reigns in the funk. Very nice

L: Pours bright gold, sklight chill haze, under a 3” sticky, clingy persistent white foam collar with very fine, uniform bubbles. S: Big apricot aromas over bread and a hint of funk. T: Some grain, hint of tart, citrus, apricot, pepper, nice blending of the saison flavors with the apricot, traces of chardonnay barrle and wine. Light bitter accent with traces of pepper on the finish. F: Well carbonated with a Brett softness, medium to medium light body. O: One of the nicer things done to an apricot in quite a while.

I had this on tap at Al's of Hampden's new location served chilled in a snifter

The color is deep golden/apricot shade with good clarity and thin light cream with ultra fine bead. The lace stickage is minimal. The smell is very fruity and has a light sour aroma with tangy saison yeast and spice in the nose. the feel is semi fruity and tangy verging on sour with slightly high carbonation and mild sweetness overall with semi-dry finish.

This is a great tasting fruity saison with some tart apricot flavor with a mild hint of wild yeast adding a light sour element alongwith a nice light spiciness which adds balance to the mild apricot sweetness in the taste. I sipped on this for a good while, very enjoyable with a nice depth of flavor, I would be interested in trying the barrel aged version someday.
