Enjoyed this beer on tap out of a large goblet.

A: Pours a hazy copper with a 1-finger white head that linger for a little while before retreating to a wispy lace.

S: Extremely Fruity aroma mostly of dark fruits.

T: Very sweet flavor with dark fruit overtones.

M: Medium body and medium carbonation.

O: I'm not a huge Lambic fan - but this was very tasty. My wife took a sip and actually finished this beer before I could have another sip.

This is not a purist's Lambic, certainly. It may not even be classifiable as Lambic, but it is still a good brew. I prefer blending it with the sour brown or the Quad, but it tastes good as a stand-alone. Lots of cherry flavor, some booze, and a wine-like tartness. Very much like fruity wine, or cidery-y, actually. Enjoyable, even if resists classification.
