Unassuming "liquor store" in a strip mall, but an impressive selection of tasty brews! Lots of Colorado beers (New Belgium, Odell) and Kansas beers. Good selection of single bottles too. Great service - Saw a chili beer in a four-pack I wanted to try, but not drink four bottles worth. Asked the gentleman behind the counter if he'd consider selling some singles, and he broke up a four-pack for me!

I'll definitely be back here next time I swing through Lansing!

Stopped by this little gem of a store today on the recommendation of a co-worker. I must admit, I didn't expect much. The young lady who was working there put her freshly lit cigarette out and opened the door for me when I walked up. I took a left and uttered a "YES" under my breath. Their selection is as wide-ranging as just about any place I've been to in Kansas. They have Mikkeller, Urthel, and the largest amount of Hoppin' Frog I've seen in months. I picked up two bottles of Barrel-aged B.O.R.I.S. and regretted not buying more as I drove home. They also have a large amount of seasonals that have sold out everywhere else, and are at closeout prices. Do yourself a favor if you're in the area and stop by. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Only having moved to Kansas a few months ago I am still on my search for the best places to buy my beer, wine, liquour and homebrewing supplies. This store was recommended by one of my wife's colleagues and I visited before realizing it was on BA. I was impressed. The store isn't huge, but they fit a lot in it. Very good selection of beer and also wine. There wasn't anything that really blew my doors off, but there were plenty of beers that I hadn't yet tried. Of course one should expect that when moving to a new region. I will be mindful to reevaluate and edit my review once I have a better grasp at what kind of beer "everyone" has around here. For now I was impressed and this will be a regular stop for me as long as there are things I haven't tried. The lady at the counter was friendly and invited to a tasting they were going to be putting on. Unfortunately I will be out of town. They sponsor local events around the community and I believe they donated the finish line beer at the cycling event I recently attended since their banner hung right above the beer. Its always nice to see a place support the community.

I had driven past this place twice before I decided to stop. I had not had any luck on find a place that sold micro/craft beer in the area. The reason why I did not stop the first two times was because it just looked like a liquor store, not thing special. When I walked in the door and saw the beer selection in single bottles, I was happy that I decided to stop and take a look around. They have about 150 beers available as singles. They stock Boulevard, flying dog, Summit and many others good breweries. I was greeted when I walked in the door but was not asked if I needed any help when I was wondering trying to pick the ones I wanted to try. When I was at the counter, he was very friendly. All of the beers that I tried were fresh. I am ever back in the area for work I will make a special stop at the store.
