500 ml corked and waxed bottle in cardboard cylinder, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 12.0%. Hazy very dark reddish brown colour, hardly any head, nor any carbonation in my bottle. I think there was somewhat more carbonation in the bottles opened at the Teo Musso / Cardinal tasting. Strong aroma of oak / red wine barrel and raisins, hints of fusel alcohols that are softened after a while in the glass. In the mouth the beer is completely flat / lifeless. Oaky flavour / dominant red wine barrel, medium sweet. Moderate hops. Will rerate if I get a new bottle with carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a deep cloudy dirty brown color ale with no carbonation. Aroma of oxidized sweet caramelized malt is very nice. Taste is a nice mix of caramelized malt with some residual sugar, oxidation with a light watery finish. Body is full with no carbonation. Very nice level of complexity and oxidation is actually quite well balanced in the mix. The only thing that bothered me is the watery thin finish.

Poured flat...no head. Very sweet. Complex flavors after a year in my cellar (2011 year on bottle bought in 2014) Not an average beer. Wants to be sipped slowly and savored.

Corked and waxed bottle. +$35 for 16.09 ounces.
It's a murky dark brown with no foam, no lacing.
It has a lovely Port smell that I noticed as soon as I removed the cork. A bit of a wine aroma peeks out.
The taste has the Port at the front as well though more of that wine aspect does shine..
The mouthfeel is as good as it can get without there being any carbonation.
Some would call this a non carbonated, oxidized mess but I have had them there flavours and mouthfeels before. Anniversary, Jubilees, Thomas Hardys. .and I am a FAN!

This poured out as a muddy looking amber color with no head or carbonation (as expected). The smell of the beer has some big port wine-like notes on the nose, very sweet with some rich caramel in there. The taste of the beer is once again much like a fine port wine, decedent fruity sweetness to it with some more caramel in the finish. The feel is medium bodied. Overall these are really interesting beers, it's not my personal favorite from the ones I've had but it's still quite exceptional. Expensive but fun to try at least once.
