Appearance: Presents a deep, hazy golden orange body, surmounted by a modest, fine-beaded cream-colored head, with good retention. the lacing is thick, sticky, and patchy. Clouds of fine-beaded bubbles drift lazily to the surface. There is a modest amount of sediment.

Aroma: Grassy notes, sour hay, phenols, lemon, yeast, and modest cloves comprise the aroma.

Taste: Opens with rather medical and herbal hop notes, grassy flavors, phenols, and a bit of banana and clove. The base of the flavor is a sturdy undercurrent of bready yeast and earthy flavors. Later in the taste, there is a peppery note. The finish is dominated by some mildly tart notes and a lingering herbal bitterness.

Mouth feel: Soft and pleasant, and fairly full, with just a bit of sharp carbonation to add interest.

Drinkability/notes: Very pleasant, an agreeable example of the style, not "over the top", nor is it a pale shadow of the style. A gracious summer companion, or even towards autumn.
Presentation: Packaged in a standard twelve-ounce aluminum can, served Save the World Brewing teku.

Pours a clear copper color, no head at all, lots of bubbles. Smell is clove and banana - like a Hefeweizen. Tastes like one, too, all banana and spice. Slick and fizzy. Not a good saison, maybe an ok Hefe.

12 oz. on tap served in American pint glass at the brewery on Aug. 13, 2017

L: copper ... or at least dark gold, arguably a bit dark for a saison; crystal clear; decent head of white foam, no sticking or lacing; looks a bit flat with scant activity in glass does does keep a consistent ring of foam

S: clove, soft banana ... and sweet; as it warms and you dig in, a little cilantro or something herbal (not clove) ... and a drop of lemon juice; the herbal/floral note grows stronger over time; nose is much, much sweeter than the flavor

T: lots of clove, some banana and a hint of earth in the background; the earthy note grows into a lingering bitter bite, almost black peppery in the aftertaste; the earthy note mixes with the clove and knocks out most of the sweetness

F: soft and light ... almost loose and watery but it does have a good crispness mid- and late swallow

O: the clove is dominant though not necessarily overpowering, allowing the other notes to play a bit; the mouthfeel starts off a bit slack but it really grows on you and hardens into a fantastic little crisp poppy swallow that makes the beer fun to drink, even for this non-clove fan

Pours a cloudy golden color with a thick foamy head. Head retention and lacing are both very good. Standard farmhouse aroma with some slight clove and coriander. Taste follows suit very well. Belgian farmhouse yeast taste up front, followed by a nice clove taste. Very slight banana and coriander in the taste. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Must say, I am pleasantly surprised by this one.

Everything on this beer is subtle. Not much going on, no bubbling or lacing. Slight pepper scent mild lemon. If this can wasn't labeled I'd prob guess I was drinking a Pilsner. Happy I only bought a single and not something I will come back to anytime soon.

Poured from a beautiful lime green can into a pint glass. Nice golden clear color with a thin head and decent lacing. Characteristic smell and taste for a saison. A pleasant lemon and pepper taste and refreshing feel indeed makes this a great summer beer!
