Slightly hazy golden color with practically no head.
Yeasty aroma with hints of smoke and papaya.
Flavor of yeast, lots of grains and hay, papaya with cassis liquor, lemongrass, minerals and medicinal herbal hops. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation
Decent blond ale, though I don't really like the hay and papaya combo.

from a can, six pack recently picked up in SC. freshness is hard to figure out, code as follows 40509D3CD016 BD4213 Could have been canned in January or July

slightly hazy yellow, light carbonation, small head, leaving just a ring. Thin lacing. Slightly musty odor ,with some lemon. Lemon came through in the tasste, veryclean and simple taste. Very chuggable, the hotter the day, the better it would be. Slightly dry finish.

Decent blond.

12oz can with no date poured into a Becker pint glass.

Appearance: Pours a hazy straw yellow with 1/2 finger of head that quickly receded into a thin ring

Smell: Strong grain malt presence

Taste: Similar to the nose with a strong biscuit, sweet malt note with a little floral hop bitterness in the finish

Mouthfeel: Slightly creamy for the style and well carbonated

Overall: A nice thrust quencher for a hot day. I know this brew particularly has helped turn many of my friends into craft beer fans. This is light, crisp and unoffensive.
