The first beer ever brewed here is made with 2 row pale malt, both 40 lovebond and 80 lovebond crystal malts for a rounded smoothness and a touch of chocolate malt for added complexity. Moderately hopped with Pacific Northwest Cascades.

This was a well executed red ale. Something I would very much enjoy drinking again but not oustanding. It is slightly sweet with some hop flavors coming in to round out everything. Doesn't have much aroma
