Style: English Pale Ale

Alcohol by volume (ABV): not listed

Availability: Year-round

Notes / Commercial Description:
Pale Ales are hands down the most popular style of all the Ales. Our Pale Ale has a beautiful light copper color yet maintains a full bodied, complex character. It has a malty profile and just enough lightly floral hops for balancing, making it a great session beer to sample again and again...and again!

Appearance: Pours an unfiltered amber color. about 1/2" off white head forms. Decent retention, and pretty nice lacing.

Smell: The smell is pretty malty. Quite a bit of caramel in there, a bit of a yeasty smell as well. Some nice florals come out as well.

Taste: Definite malts come out first. Lots of caramel, followed by a bit of citrus, with a solid amount of florals on the back end. Lingering aftertaste of caramel and floral hops.

Mouthfeel/Drinkability: This beer has some body to it for a pale ale. Closer to medium bodied than light, with moderate carbonation. Very smooth drinking. Overall, enjoyed this quite a bit. Pretty simple, yet nice pale ale brewed in the English style.
