Looks mostly a clear yellow. Very slight foggyness. No real lacing.
Smells light. Some light corn syrup, little bit of biscuits and honey. Very very faint though.
Tastes strange. The profile flavors do not play nicely with each other. Strange zingy taste fights with the bready background. Hope taste is muddled and vague. The taste is all jumbled together. It's difficult to distinguish between the different flavors, and unlike in some beers, this trait does not work in Santa Fe Gold.
Feels alright. Not too heavy not too light. Decent carbonation.
Overall, and it's okay. It may be just what some person with a strange palate is looking for, but it doesn't work for me.
Limited edition does not equal good.

I love pale ales but I'd classify this one as more of a blonde ale. The appearance, scent, taste, it was all typical of a blonde. Don't take my rating too seriousIy, I mean yes, my rating is an appropriate reflection of my satisfaction with this particular beverage however the reason I didn't enjoy it too much is b/c I am a fan of the darker stuff. For a pale ale I'd say Santa Fe Gold is sub par. For a blonde I'd say it is average, maybe a bit above.

Clear, medium gold hue; lots of lively, small bubble carbonation; thick, foamy head; foam globs cling to the glass. Ripe fruit and wet grass aroma; funky citrus. Bread crust flavor with some lemon and orange hints; slight tanginess and metallic hop bitterness. Medium body; watery mouthfeel; mostly dry finish.
A drinkable low-alcohol beer but loses it's appeal with a general, all-around blandness, not that there isn't some flavor there, but it lacks depth and any memorable zing.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left some sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of caramel, bread crust and floral notes. Not all going on here. It tasted of sweet caramel and a mild, citrusy bite.
