19.2oz can served in a pint glass. Can is dated best by 02/15/24. Bought it a few hours ago at Jubilation.
Pours slightly hazy light golden. Good sized head, moderate carbonation. Settles into a fluffy layer, has some nice lacing. Smell is super citrusy, lots of lemon and a little orange. Some blossom sweetness.
Taste is somewhat similar though a bit muted and muddled. Hop notes are a more muted than the rest. Makes it a bit more reminiscent of a pale ale than IPA.
Mouthfeel is medium to light, slight chalkiness. Overall, it's pretty good.

On a hard pour, straight down the middle of a mug glass, 4 finger of head form woth nice retention, making for a very attractive slow pour with a done of head over the rim of the glass that slowly becomes rocky. Body is a deep dark hazy golden color. Fantastic long term head retention along with some nice & thick, if not a bit bubbly lacing.
Aroma is a mix between piney, floral, and herbal up front, with a reserved malty sweetness. There is a touch of darkness that seems slightly out of place. Very hoppy, but in a bright fruity way.
Flavor brings more bitterness than the aroma implies, but there is a definite fruitiness in the hop flavors. The flavor does lack a bit of a crispness/brightness that I tend to look for in IPAs making it a bit heavier once the full, and deep malt backbone kicks in. The malty finish is a bit sweet as rhe hoppy bitterness lingers. Despite that the hop combo here works well here and makes for a grapefruit hop flavor base follows by some of the aforementioned herbal and floral flavors.
Feel is very full, but the ABV doesn't show itself. The feel is a bit confusing as the fullness and finish suggests a lower attention, but the mouthfeel is overall dry, especially in the long finish. Not quite refreshing nor relaxing to drink on its own.
Overall this IPA shows promise, but as soon as you drink, it falls a bit flat. The ABV is certainly a draw, and it doesn't come off as boozy, but it doesn't quite do what IPAs are meant to these days. A touch sweet and filling.

Pours a golden in color with a touch of copper. It's almost clear with some hop particulates. A lovely, fluffy white head sits on top with decent retention. Plenty of lacing as you drink. Very pretty on the pour!
Aroma is pungent, dank, earthy and tropical hops with a bit of pine and a cereal malt backbone. Very aromatic and hop forward.
Taste follows the nose very closely. It's hoppy from the start and all the way through the finish. Mango, pineapple and grapefruit mostly with a bit of evergreen pine towards the swallow. The cereal malt profile mostly stays out of the way, but does lend a bit of balance. It's quite bitter and almost a bit tart overall.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with ample chewiness and zesty carbonation. Lots of hop oil in this one making it a bit of a palate wrecker. It somehow comes off as both heavy and thin. It is drinkable, but I wouldn't have more than a few of these.
Overall this is a solid IPA. I expected a bit more after the pour and aroma, so it was a bit disappointing in that regard. It's sort of West Coast style in terms of hoppiness as it lacks malt balance, but the hop profile is much more fruity/tropical. Pretty unique. Certainly tasty, though not quite my preferred flavor profile in an IPA.

On tap at Low and Slow in Santa Fe, NM.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like pithy grapefruit, lemon peel, and mango.
This is West Coast-ish, but a little bit fruitier and less bitter than some of the more typical versions of that style. There’s some grapefruit pithiness, but lots of mango and a sort of candied lemon/orange peel. There’s no real maltiness to this.
This is lighter bodied, crisp, and clean, with just a small bite on the back end.
This is nothing wild, but well made and very drinkable.

Look: Pours a lemon drop yellow with a mammoth white head.
Smell: Strong hints of grapefruit. Very tropical, also getting some pineapple, lemon peel, and malts.
Taste: Hoppy, piney, but the tropical fruit from the nose isn’t as present as you’d expect. Has a bit of a malty, almost nutty brown ale finish.
Feel: Medium feel, frothier than it needs to be.
Overall: Not bad but not the best by any means.

From a can. Pours a deep gold, hazy, with a very long lasting tall creamy white head. The nose is all tropical west coast hops with a slight malt backbone. Flavor is tropical hops with a little pine buried easy on the back. Has a touch of grapefruity sweetness on the finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not the best but easy drinking and smooth.

Not really bad but not really good. This beer lacks of mouthfeel, character and taste. It´s good for a few drinks after work. Nothing really enjoyable about it.

7K is not like being on a trampoline as a young kid, but more like 13. At 8, you are all kinds of stoked. But 13? You are on the cusp of rather hanging out with Ashley or packing a bowl of the green stuff. But when you can’t have those options, a trampoline is still ok. And so is 7K

Had this beer pour from draft at our hotel bar, poured into a plastic cup for outside use. Nice golden yellow color with fluffy, thick white head and great curtain lacing. Pleasant. Titus smell and taste. A bit piney as well. Smell better than the taste. Nice smooth feel. Overall pretty good.

Had at Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi bar in Santa Fe NM. Truer to the style than the Happy Camper IPA. Good beer but not exceptional.
