Bottle number 249/1355 shared by Carlos, thanks!
A: Dark orange and transparent with a fleeting white head.
S: Sugary apple with strong caramel notes. There's some peach and tangerine accompanying vanilla, oak, and bourbon. Light booze and a little hay and leather. Smells great.
T: Sweet apple with caramel and light bourbon. There's a bit too much alcohol in the flavor for my taste. Light oak and a good amount of sugar. Finish is boozy caramel apple.
M: Medium body with lower moderate carbonation.
Overall: Really nice aroma but a little too much alcohol and sweetness in the flavor. Still good and worth a try.

Had this at the concert in the park (river murder mystery banjo) on August 17, 2019. Pours a light orange and bronze like color, 1/2" white head. Its a deeper color than the golden-esque beers that are half the strength. The aroma was definitely bretty. The last few "brett" beers I've had didn't really develop much brett. This was one of the biggest ones I've had in awhile. Also had some of that citrus but not from hops or fruit aspect that you can get in some complex wood and brett beers, good job.
Taste, yup, brett, wood and citrus. But not so much a bitter or acidic citrus. Alcohol is well tempered, noticeable, but not harsh or oppressive. As tanked up as I got, woulda been ok if it did slow my consumption down. This was pretty complex without resorting to gimmicks or weird ingredients (looking at you DFH). They took a style I'm not super down with, and made it quite enjoyable. Interesting degree of white wine like citrus tartness, like a 2.5/10. Tiny barnyard and apples influx. It was a great experiment to age for 8 years, very nice. Price point prolly won't result in a repeat, but it definitely passes the satisfaction test for buying one with no word of mouth.

Bottle shared at bu11zeye's 10,000th rating tasting.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of orange and oak notes, with some vanilla and a little bit of tartness thrown in. The flavor is also quite complex. I get a lot of orange, apple and lemon notes, as well as some oak and vanilla. There is also a little bit of tartness and a hint of brett and funk. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
