First had: on tap at their brewpub

Poured a dark reddish brown, slightly hazy, with a thin cap of white bubbles for a head. Basic aroma, mild, nutty, sweet malts, subdued floral hops. Very smooth on the tongue, light malts and sugars, nutty, floral, with a bit of a wet cardboard finish. Not overly flavorful, as would be expected from a mild ale, but still very good. Medium body, and again, very very smooth. Exemplary of the style: mild, low alcohol, very sessionable.
