Pour is dark brown, red edges, tan head. Nose has a bit of acetic acid, moderate wood and bourbon blends with the sour cherry of the old bruin and i'm not a real fan of the result. Flavor is a bit washed out, boozy, acetic acid melts the flavor, the bourbon and sour cherry are not a good combo for me. Chalky feel, soft carb, a bit full bodied.

On draft at Belmont Station's Puckerfest.
Drinking incredibly well at 3 years out. Chocolate notes blending with vinous qualities. Acidity is low, making this highly drinkable.
