Brewed by:
The Bruery
California, United States

Style: Cream Ale

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 7.70%

Availability: Limited (brewed once)

Notes / Commercial Description:
"Tout Mais Le Coller" loosely translates to "everything but the stick," and that is what we went for in this beer that is meant to clone the flavors of an orange cream popcicle. We brewed this cream ale with our friends from Noble Ale Works, adding a confident dosing of both lactose and natural orange flavor, creating a beverage that will remind you of your youth. A sweet and creamy mouthfeel with that unforgetable bittersweet bite of an orange, peel and all. This beer is far from subtle in flavor and is a very fun one to share with friends.

Poured this one at our First Ever Free Snobs United Tasting.

This was the first beer of the night and let me tell you something, It was a hell of a start!!!

Poured a murky orange with a tight cream head. The beer is smooth and medium bodied. Refreshing enough to take down a full bottle or two. The alcohol is very masked as well.

Nose is wheaty, playdough, orange and vanilla.

Taste comes in following the nose with a nice hint of spices and the finish ends with an intense pasty vanilla note.

I'm pissed I only bought one of these.

Need more!!!

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Deep orange. Almost copper. Big white head. Sticky lacing and a thin collar.

Smell - Orange and creamy. Vanilla. Lots of vanilla. Caramel.

Taste - Toasty caramel malt. Orangy, but less than the aroma. Lots of vanilla. Astringent finish.

Mouthfeel - Medium body. Creamy. Medium carbonation.

Overall - Smells much better than it tastes. I get the idea, though.
