"Tout Mais Le Coller" loosely translates to "everything but the stick," and that is what we went for in this beer that is meant to clone the flavors of an orange cream popcicle. We brewed this cream ale with our friends from Noble Ale Works, adding a confident dosing of both lactose and natural orange flavor, creating a beverage that will remind you of your youth. A sweet and creamy mouthfeel with that unforgetable bittersweet bite of an orange, peel and all. This beer is far from subtle in flavor and is a very fun one to share with friends.

750ml bottle poured into a snifter. The brew is a dark copper color with a tan cap resting atop.

Slight mineral feel to the nose before blending to citrus notes. Collectively the nose is a bit of a let down as is typical with most cream ales.

The taste is sweet with orange and the aftertaste is no bullshit just like a dreamsickle icecream bar. Very minor herbal note and some mineral aftertaste that is strangely almost meaty.

This is a medium bodied brew with modest carbonation. I could do without the mineral character and the meaty aftertaste which was real strange. However, this is just another example of the bruery attempting a very specific flavor profile/concept and absolutely nailing it. It was immediately reminescent of my childhood (albeit a beer version) but was enjoyable. Definitely the most talked about beer of the tasting in which it was opened.

Short-notice bottle share with Justin and Morgan at the Residence Inn fire pit. Cloudy orange body with orange-tinged tan head. Aroma is right on for what they were aiming to do - orange juice, vanilla, caramel malt, and some booze. Taste is similar, less sweet than the nose would indicate with a lactose edge, orange has a mildly unpleasant cough medicine character, a touch of orange peel bitterness in the end. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, medicinal finish.

A - poured a one finger thick creamy tan head into a snifter. The body was a dark purple-brown color.
S - bready, orange, vanilla.
T - bready, orange, raisins, vanilla. Finishes with a hint of spice.
M - creamy and slick.
O - interesting take and I liked it. The aroma is excellent.
