A: Pours a jet-black color with a minimal head; let's no light through; very light lacing
S: Oh man, this could easily work as an air freshener mimicking the smells of fresh-baked gingerbread cookies on Christmas. It's aroma is one of the best I've ever smelled
T: The taste is not quite as good as the aroma, but still very good. Rich gingerbread flavors combine with the sweet booziness of the rum to create a beer that demands to be sipped slowly. It's literally like drinking a rum-soaked gingerbread cookie in a beer.
M: Medium viscosity; not as boozy as I would expect, but also not as thick or chewy either. It's a little light in terms of mouthfeel, but seems to hit a nice sweet spot as far as drinkability goes (not too light, but not cloyingly thick)
O: Not as good as the Rue D'Floyd in my opinion, but still a great beer. It's a little unbalanced, but given the amount of ingredients stuffed into this thing, I'm surprised that it tastes pretty good. Glad I got 3 bottles

Woof. Hey I'm sorry Bruery, you get shit on a lot undeservedly, so with this acknowledgement, let me write the rare review from myself that shits on you.
Pours a very dark brown with a less brown head at 1/5". Aroma is turn off levels of spice rack and rum. Spice rack seemed in the holiday season, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon, clove.
The taste is a unique but flawed experience. Some brown and chocolate malt notes, brown sugar, rum, wet wood and lots of spice rack. Big boozy burn amplified by an undesireable bitterness and spice rack feels. Has that bitter dark fruit yeast feel to it in the mouthfeel, like wtf is going on here. Carbonation was fine on mine. Slightly oily aspect to it, nothing dry going on here.
While there are bottles reported as infected, mine just seemed to be a non infected beer that I didn't like. At least the Rue D'Floyd was awesome, this one was far below an average Bruery beer for me. Throw up the cost for a drinking experience to suck, well that's why I generally don't buy more than 1 bottle of a new Bruery beer any more.

Pours an inky black with no head, just a thin, tight band around the edges. Nose expresses eggnog and hints of the rum barrel. Taste is not terrible - vinous, eggnog spices and dark malts; however, it is apparent that it's infected. Mouthfeel is light in body with an acidic character. All and all - meh. Not a drain pour by an means, but a short pour will do you and I wouldn't sit on this one - it's not going to get better.
