Ah, time to delve into a retired beer review. This is one I can already tell I like more than your average person or score. This is a unique beer. Bruery really pushes the envelope when it comes to making a beer with grapes. The wine and beer blend thing. This one pours yellow. It has a big time 1" white head. Good retention. Aroma smacks hard of white wine but there is also a little bit of oaky funk dry french like notes.
Taste, has everything, some hop bitterness, some grape must, some dry oak, some sourness, some bretty like adhesion to the teeth. I find it complex and yummy. The vinous aspect with the light breadiness and brettiness is welcome. I hope they make this again, really Bruery and New Glarus seem to be the only breweries doing this much stuff with white wine grapes and beer. I can dig it.

Complex, yes. but possibly too complex. Too many things going on here for any one thing to stand out. Wild, maybe, but If your expecting a sour, you’ll be sorely disappointed.

A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a clear light gold beer topped by a two finger dense white head that retains well and leaves some lacing
S: Smells of barnyard funk, horseblanket, faded hops and sourness
T: Taste is sourness and a little grape up front, funk with notes of band aid and horseblanket with some faded hops at times as well providing some fruity/citrusy notes. Swallow is lingering sourness and grapes with more funky brett action with some lingering fruity esters.
M: Lighter side of medium in body with slightly prickly carbonation and a drying finish
O: There's a lot going on in this beer and I don't think the time hurt it at all. It probably picked up a bit more sourness from the time but this one is still drinking very well. Overall, this is one to try if sour and funk is your thing.

Bottle.
A: Initial, slightly sweet grape aroma that gives way to some citrusy-fruity hops, funk, and sourness.
A: Bright orange, hazy, with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. A bit of lacing is evident on the glass.
T: Slightly sweet, lightly tart grape flavor, with a citrusy-fruity hoppiness, followed by a tart, moderately low sourness. The beer finishes dry.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. There’s a slight alcoholic warmth, but masks its high ABV well.
O: Overall this is a solid beer with interesting grape notes with a soft, complimentary sourness. The grape aroma and flavor have gotten a bit stronger as the beer has matured. The hops which provide complimentary citrus notes have become a bit more muted (and less supportive).

A - Bright gold body with 4 fingers of towering, loosely bubbled bone-white head. OK retention and low lace.
S - Sweet honey nose with white grape, moss, lemon zest, dry grass, pears, and honeydew rind.
T - Muscat grape, tart pear, white peach, apricot, soft lemonade, dry grass, vanilla, bitter Swiss chard and parsley, and a dry pinot grigio finish.
M - Light, dry, and slightly boozy body.
O - A deliciously vinous take on a sour ale, although it drinks more like a a sour triple than an American wild.
