Appearance - The poured a dark caramel color with an off-white colored head. Sediment was very visible.
Smell - The nose was lightly boozy with caramel notes as it warms.
Taste - At the front, the beer radiated heavy grape and dark fruit notes. Vanilla and oak notes followed with the caramel emerging later. Bourbon was balanced throughout the taste.
Mouthfeel - The beer had a a heavy body.
Overall - I might have yet this 2015 sit too long, but it was still delightful.

S- smells of boozy bourbon & oak, caramel/toffee, dark banana bread, toasted bread crust and banana flavored runts candy
T- big boozy bourbon barrel up front gives layers of caramel, toffee, coconut & vanilla. Mid-palate brings bready dark brown bread and banana. The finish gives more oak bourbon with a linger of caramel and banana

A: poured into a Bruery snifter to a deep brown topped by a finger of dense tan head that fades to a collar around the edge of the glass
S: Smells of bready malts, caramel, toffee, vanilla and oak with some hints of banana
T: Taste is light banana and bread with some toffee, caramel and vanilla from the barrel with some light oak flavors. Slight spice at times as well. Swallow is a little boozy but there's also some more toffee, banana, and vanilla with some lingering oak and spice.
M: This beer is full in body with soft but adequate carbonation and a drying finish from the ABV
O: This one is really freaking good. The flavors and complexity are really nice and the bourbon barrel influence integrates well with the base beer. This is definitely one to sip and savor. It's a little boozy but it isn't too bad. Definitely one to try if you can get your hands on it.

Outrageous. Pure sunshine, coconut and vanilla in a bottle. Oh, did I forget to mention it's drenched in bourbon. Not sure what the solid floaties are, not protein, but whatevs, this is a great kick in the face.

Bottle from Steve. Cash money! Although a bit dull in the pour, the rest of this beer rocks the house. Smooth for a 13% beer. Mildly sweet, but a real nice weizenbock.

Poured 750ml into snifter. Bottled 8/2015. It is brown/dark amber in color with a thin tan head. Minimal retention and lacing on the glass. The aroma is very bready with some banana, dark fruits, Belgian yeast, full of toffee and caramel sweetness. The barrel gives it notes of vanilla and bourbon. The flavor is sweeter bread, banana followed by caramel; mild and dark fruit; and vanilla and bourbon. It maintains a rich, full-bodied mouth-feel with decent carbonation.
