A: Poured into a snifter to a golden orange which is a little hazy topped by a dense and rocky two finger white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of macadamia nuts, chocolate, vanilla, and oak with some nice maltyness. A little toasted coconut as well from the barrel.
T: Taste is chocolate, macadamia nuts, vanilla, light caramel, coconut, oak, slight alcohol, and a hint of fruitiness. On the swallow there's more vanilla, chocolate, macadamia nut, coconut, and some lingering dry oak.
M: This beer is on the heavier side of medium in body with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Carbonation is light but slightly effervescent while the beer has a drying finish.
O: Overall this is a really tasty beer. It has all those classic notes you expect from White Chocolate with a nice nutty twist. Very well executed use of the adjuncts on this one to complement instead of drown out the base beer. This allows the beer to maintain a very nice balance and complexity. Well worth trying.

750 mL bottle into Bruery snifter
Orange-brown in color, autumn leaf-like. Slightly opaque, with a small wispy head that quickly collapses under its own weight.
Boozy, bourbon-y bouquet, nutty and oaky. Tons of sugary chocolate essence, backdropped by honeysoaked malts.
Booze-forward on the palate, more so than original White Chocolate. Lots going on, syrupy and sticky; extra viscous complexion helps to drive home a confectionary overtone, slightly balanced by drying oak and nuttiness. Profile is a bit disjointed, and it finishes quite long and sugary.
Not sure the added macadamian were necessary, and it gets a little tough to throw back as it warms up, but still a decadent, tasty and unique beverage.

White and silver striped foil capped 750mL bottle acquired through The Bruery’s Society. Bottled 2/7/18. Served in a Bruery teku. Enjoyed 8/27/18.
Pours pours a deep, nearly opaque, burnt apricot with an initial three fingers of fast-dissolving ecrue foam. The head is gone quickly, leaving only a few lingering bubbles.
Sugary, boozey aromas of bourbon, white chocolate cookies, fruit skins, toasted nuts, vague coconut and that distinct Bruery yeast.
Sharp grainy wheat, bourbon, chocolate, peanut skins, wet lightly charred wood, vanilla bean ice cream, burnt caramel, toast, some dark fruity yeast and a tingle of alcohol. Delicious.
Full, syrupy feel with velvety soft carbonation. The decadent finish is like a bourbon-drenched white chocolate nut brownie.
The Bruery has found another way to up the ante on one of my favorite wheatwines. White Chocolate Chunk adds a delightful nuttiness that blends well with the white chocolatey “classic”. I very much hope to see this return.

Im not gonna waste much time on reviewing this one as I just need to get it out there and let people be aware that some bottles of this are infected and taste nothing like they were intended/described.
Bottle opens and appears copper in color with a white head. It smells like lemons and tastes lemony tart with plenty of alcohol burn.

Poured from the bottle into a tulip/snifter glass.
Pale orange body color, with a slight bit of rust angles to it. Fleeting off khaki colored head with little depth, and settles to a very thin pencil collar, and then eventually not one at all. Slight whispy top, and somewhat opaque, but you can still see through it but with a glow.
Chewy aroma senses on the nose. Touches of definite buttery like nut qualities, definitely smelling the macadamia off of this. Not so much vanilla and chocolate. Rich smelling body, with touches of boozy caramel.
Palate is a bit unexpected. Solid bold chewy depth of wheat but with a touch more fruity qualities. Hits a little citrus orange, with a good matching citrus hop profile, and pine. Rich booze, not so much of caramel, but straight up liquor. Good touches of bourbon like caramel, but with quite a bit of heat. Light bodied but solid barrel aging and depth.
White Chocolate is one of my all time favorite beers, but this addition of nuts seems to have taken away much of the favorite character and flavor I enjoy so much. It's still very good, but runs hot and has very little white chocolate quality than it's other brethren, with a lighter mouthfeel that isn't as rich an decadent.

The beer pours very little white foamy head after a fairly hard pour. The beer itself, however, is absolutely gorgeous to look at with a deep clear and dark amber. It casts a wonderful shine in the light.
The smell and taste are both very good and indulgent. Both have a good white chocolate fudge note that is a bit more present in the taste's finish but is definitely sweet and creamy. Other than that, they both are fairly nutty with a slight alcohol note in the finish. However, the alcohol note seems to be better in the taste than in the smell.
The feel is good. It has a heavy body that is syrupy and slightly sticky with no carbonation whatsoever. There is also a slight burn in the finish.
Overall, this is yet another indulgent beer that is pretty high and heavy.
