From growler to Schneider Weisse pils glass

A: Copper-tan in color, clear, the pour forms a sudsy two-inch head that leaves lacing all over the glass

S: The nose is cracker-y yeast and earthy hop-snap. Malty sweetness bounces nicely off a floral hop aroma. Hops have a floral, tea like edge and are carried by alcohol volatiles.

T/M: The flavors are much more ale-like than the nose. Citrusy, rind-y, pithy hops add plenty of refreshing astringency as the cracker-like texture and honey sweetness round the flavor profile. The finish is short and dry, a little salty.

A super drinkable big lager, bending the boundaries between an ale and a lager.
