Cuádruple combines elements of Belgium with elements of Mexico, hence the name, meaning "quadruple" in Spanish. We bended a classic Belgian quad recipe by removing the standard Belgian candi sugars and replacing them with dark agave syrup. The resulting beer is a luxurious tribute to two very different parts of the world.

Dark pour bordering on black, but mostly dark brown with a 1/4" head. Good aroma, hit the dark fruit notes with vibrancy, not bitter, sweetness.
Heavy chocolate and cocoa powder. Hid alcohol well, stayed away from harsh bitter, overripe dark fruit edges that so many of the quads in the world do. I actually dug this, should be interesting to see where the remaining bottles go.

This has aged beautifully. Had it at The Bruery for Society Member Monday, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations.

A - poured a one finger thick tan head into a snifter that left good lacing throughout. The body was dark brine near black.
S - honey and sugar.
T - Belgian candu sugar, honey, finishes with some spice and booziness.
M - medium and slick.
O - the agave really compliments this beer well.

A - thick off white head, plenty of lacing. Opaque and brown body - watery appearance.
S - mixed berry juicy juice
T - mixed berry juicy juice, hint of nondescript spices on the end.
F - does it matter at this point?
O - terrible, but your kids wouldn't know the difference if you put this is a juice box. I'm sure it wasn't good fresh but i can't imagine it has gotten any better with time.

Very dark brew with large four-finger tan colored light foam head. Lacing is quite suspect and neglected.
Very nice sweet candy (sweet tart) aroma. Butter, airy, light pine. Aroma is very difficult to describe. Unique, complex, well laid out and even. Caramel smells like it's covered in milk chocolate. Fantastic medium Belgian Quad aroma.
Tons of heavenly fruit; blackberry, banana, tangerine, honey, sweet and level sweetness. Very mild, back-end, blanket (very light) tartness is well blended with the style. Very unique for a Quad and overly complex. Chewy tropical dryness without any nasty bite. Only complaint is it's a bit too tart and just a bit to thin. This one goes down fast is not a sugary, syrupy, mess of a brew.
Wow. This beer is great. This is a fantastic quad. It has aged wonderfully, I would highly recommend anyone with one to drink in ASAP. This has to be the peak for this brew... Bruery killed it.

A - Pours a dark brown with ruby highlights. A huge tan foamy head appears and fades slowly.
S - Caramel, nutty, sweet ripe fruit. Definitely some agave.
T - Sweet agave with a caramel-malty finish.
D - Good carbonation with a medium body.
O - Sweet and fruity with a nice caramel background. Call me crazy, but I enjoyed this one.
