Very light blonde body. Minimal carb at this point. Some hints of oak and white grape on the front end. Acidity is muted and drinks slightly like a cider. Balanced and interesting.

Glowing yellow, lots of tiny bubbles, brand new white head, 1/2" range. Aroma was lemon, green apple, wood.

Taste, some variation in bottles, mainly the carbonation, not so much the taste, more lemon, wheat, apple to it. Good, light bodied. Kinda clean, but then again for something described as gueuze like, you'd prolly wanna see more complex funkiness to it. This is kinda simplistic, yet enjoyable lemon fizz notes.

L - Pours a semi-opaque straw body with a hint of orange. No head to speak of as the carbonation bubbles dissipated quickly.

S - Tart aroma of green apples along with some vinegar and funk.

T - Tart vinegar with light oak that transitions into pears and funk. Some acidity on the backend, but not a huge amount.

F - Light bodied and little to no carbonation. Has a wet then mild dry ending.

O - Interesting beer that has held up well. Not overly complex or mind boggling. I think it is starting to get past its prime.
