On cask at the Bruery
This one pours a cloudy golden orange with no head. Aromas of cinnamon and apples come through strongly. There is only a mild tartness. Definitely a little bit of apple pie. Light grass and oak in the background. The flavor is slightly sweet with plenty of apple juice and a fair amount of cinnamon. More sweetness than the nose indicates. The beer has moderate tartness and minimal funk. A very short finish, unfortunately.

On tap @ The Bruery Tasting Room 2/03/12
A: Poured a very hazy yellow. Zero head, looked flat in the cup.
S: smelled like apple pie.
T: tasted like apple pie. curious what kind of apple juice they used. because you could tell it was some nice apples in the juicing process. nice cinnamon kiss at the end of it too.
M: very smooth, zero carbonation, but was still an amazing firkin beer.
O: Would like to see this make another appearance, maybe do something to it to see if it cant get a little head. Also one of the kind gentlemen at the tasting said it could be at around 5 or 6% abv.

On cask at The Bruery itself,
A: Pours a hazy goldenrod to light orange with no head.
S: Cider notes, some cinnamon, baked bread, but not huge.
T: Really tastes like a spiced winter cider, reminds me a bit of New Glarus Apple Ale, though it's not as good as that beer it certainly is good. Delicious true apple flavour with the cinammon and a hint of lemon tang.
M: Mild acidity, very soft minimal carbonation which serves this just fine. Super drinkable. I finished my pour in 5 minutes tops, a 5 on the ol' drinkability scale.
O: Any fan of hard apple cider should like this. Really tasty beer, nothing artificial about it.
