750mL bottle poured into a snifter. Review #1400!

(A)- Pours a hazy golden creamed apricot-like orange color. Some good white froth that dissipated quickly.

(S)- A great lemon rind sweetness meets a wealth of oaky acidic sourness. Ever so slighty lacticness at the end.

(T)- A very nice acidity overall to this. Some lemon and orange citrus meets a dry yet sour oaky finish. Not overly dirty or earthy, but definitely on the cleaner-side.

(M)- A good crisp carbonation level combined with an awesome balance of sour fruit and dry oak. Again, like the taste, is not overly funky or dirty, but quite clean in its sourness.

(O)- I really dig this. Possibly one of my most favorite sours from the Bruery to date. A great sourness to it combined with a well balanced and rounded oakiness makes this a winner for me. Definitely makes me wish I grabbed more than one bottle.

poured 750ml bottle into Teku. 2014 Vintage.

A - Darker shade of gold with a soft white 2 finger head. Fades into thin ring with minimal lacing. Looks enchanting.

S - Starts off with a tart and sour aroma. Fresh lemon juice, green plum, and sour grapes. Funk is light and there is a slight woody character.

T - Huge bright tartness that is bordering on sour. Lemons. green plum, and sour grapes. I detect faint funk and some wood, even a bit of vanilla.

M - Light crisp finish with mouth puckering sourness. Carbonation is perfect and the finish is slightly dry.

O - Pretty tasty Gueuze style that is readily available in many places that helps make the price easier to deal with.
