750mL bottle poured into a snifter. The aroma is bright citrus and stone fruits with a bit of oak, a hint of a dirty martini, and a light barnyard funk. It's a murky straw hue with a soapy white head that has moderate retention and very little lace. The beer is medium high sweet, medium sour, and medium light bitter. The texture is oily and thin with a fizzy carbonation and a medium light body with flavors of pineapple, apricot, and lemon zest as well as a dry oak and light herb touch which strengthens at the finish with a olive tartness. There's a cloying, lingering aftertaste of under ripe fruit, oak, and olives, but overall, it's refreshing and relatively clean and crisp.

Dishwater blonde and plenty hazy. Lots of carbonation bubbles are showing here. I smell tart Gwen apples and a bit of Brett. The taste is plenty of tart apple and a light touch of Brett at the end. The mouth is crisp and light with moderate carbonation.

Bottle poured into a Belgian tulip glass

A: Cloudy, bright orange, had a nice creamy white head that quickly vanished, some carbonation coming off the bottom, no lacing.

A: Tart funk sour upfront, slight champagne aroma, white grapes, not picking up any barrel or alcohol on the nose.

T: Sour, funk tart goodness, picking up a nice white grape flavor, slight barrel on the backend, taste really good, impressed.

M: Medium mouthfeel little to no carbonation, finish is dry.

O: Very nice, this is tasting great on this 90 degree day afternoon, thirst quenching, a balanced beer with a nice sour tart funk goodness up front, some nice fruity flavors in the middle and finishes really good with a slight oak flavor and nice dry finish, good beer but at $20 a bottle I might need to reserve this beer for special occasion.

Bottle to tulip.

A. Pours bright amber, very translucent with a very coarse bubble head and lots of effervescence. Looks kind of like a Bud heavy.

S. For 100% certain, this does not smell like a bud heavy. Tart bacteria and sour yeast jump out font. Notes of vinegar, neutral oak, lemon, and dust.

T. That's a tart-ass beer and I love me some sours. The high tart level certainly works. Very similar to a Belgain geuze.

M. Thin body, thin feel, high carbonation, fairly smooth.

O. This has all the same characteristics of a traditional Belgian geuze . A very good sour. I certainly recommend this beer to sour fans.
