2015 Batch

A: Poured into an oversized wine glass to a nice light orange topped by a finger and a half of dense off white head that fades to a small collar around the edge of the glass
S: Smells of funk, oak, sourness and peaches. My nose has gotten a bit of a workout today
T: taste is peaches, nice sourness, some nice funk and oak, and some spicy rye. Swallow is more sourness and peaches with a little lingering oak and funk
M: Medium in the mouth with slightly prickly carbonation and a drying finish
O: A very nice beer. Great fruit flavors add another layer to an already outstanding beer. Definitely happy I grabbed my entire allocation as this one is a pleasure to drink.
