I've been to The Bruery tasting room a few times since it opened. I usually go the first weekend of each month to check out their cask creations which are always interesting.

The Bruery is located literally a stone's throw off the 57, I could throw a baseball on to the freeway as I exit the tasting room. Anyway, the beer is top notch and it's nice to have a very good straight up brewery in Orange County. They have a taster flight of 4 for $2. The prices are very competitive. Most of their beers are $4-5 for a full glass, special stuff is no more than $6, excellent prices in Orange County for draft, especially Belgian-style high gravity beers. Growlers fills are usually $12, though there's always a couple for $8. Patrick and Rachel are there often and are always friendly and willing to discuss the brew in hand or talk about what's coming next. Definitely a must visit if you're in North County on a Friday/Saturday.

Hard to hate on this place. They regularly have 30+ beers on tap, including barrel-aged gems and sours. Friendly beertenders and clean tasting room. The only real gripe is that this place is too small for the brewery's popularity. They could easily fill a venue 3X the size.

Some of the best beers in the nation.

Food trucks are typically there for dinner (except Monday/Tuesday's usually).

Barhands are very knowledgeable in the subject and can provide a great insight to help assemble a flight.

Incredible place! Very relaxed vibe full of people conversing over good beer. Close to 30 taps of Bruery offerings including a couple of their Terruex sours. Service was exceptional; and a 5 pour flight for $8 is hard to beat. They even sell bottles to go for many of the offerings. One of the best breweries visits I've done.

This was my first visit to the Bruery Tasting Room. Unfortunately I don't get down to the LA area too often and even this visit was a little rushed because I was just passing through and still had a drive ahead of me. It was 1pm on a Wednesday and even though the bar was full, there wasn't anyone else in the room. A dozen or so more people came in during the hour and a half I was there. There was only one bartender on shift. He was able to take my first order at the bar, but by the time I was ready for a second round, there was a small line forming at the register and he wasn't able to get back to me. I was still trying to find a beer I could growler. So after waiting in line, my time was running out, I had to make a blind call on the growler fill. The beers are excellent, as expected, and the place is spacious and clean. I just wish I could have had the chance to taste a couple of more.

With a tap list of 50'ish beers, this place runs the gamut on styles, densities, complexities, adjuncts. All of their beers on tap have outweighed the bottles I have taken home or purchased at retail. Great list of food trucks that park right outside the joint to supplement the (often times) high alcohol content pours. Sample pours available and highly recommended for a run through of five beers. Great way to try the range of styles and densities. The beer menu is organized from "lightest to heaviest" for those not extremely knowledgeable about beers.

Very close to a Residence Inn (Marriott property) hotel, which makes drinking and walking back doable for out-of-towners. Bottle Logic isn't too far away for those that want to double dip on a single day. Highly recommended.

This phenomenal little tasting room is way back at the end of an industrial complex (two cab drivers got lost trying to find it). High ceiling room with glass windows behind the large, L-shaped bar showcasing the brewhouse proper. An overwhelming selection, between the tap and bottle choices (they pour from bottle for on-site consumption, separate bottle selection to-go though), I think they have 35-40 options plus a Chronology flight available when we visited.

Some of the staff were very friendly, helpful and amusing. One guy, however, couldn't be bothered to discuss anything with us, even though it was relatively dead while we were there.

The beer in general is world class, of course (and if it isn't, it's certainly interesting!). The coffee BA barleywine and Chronology flight were highlights. Glad they distribute to us now, but man oh man do I wish this tasting room was in my backyard.

Nice and open, cool layout and nice selection of brew. Open windows so you can see the fermenting tanks. I could imagine it gets pretty crowded in here on the weekends. Love their beer and would definetly come back.

Huge amount of beers and merchandise for sale. Great beers on tap. When they found out I came there all the way from Canada, I was given a bunch of free stickers and coasters :) Amazing staff, even better beer!

Smaller taproom, but very large selection. Able to purchase growlers & bottles too. Awesome beer!
