I was pretty pumped to return here after four years and see this new tasting room I kept hearing about. As soon as I opened the door I was blasted with a wall of noise from all of the people packed into the medium-small space. Atmosphere was solid I guess. Every single seat in the place is filled, people are standing at every available counter and enjoying their beers. Service was a bit up and down. I got lucky and the line died right as I wanted to get my beers so I didn't have any wait. The bartender was pretty nice and talked to me for a minute or so before someone else came up to order another beer. I found a small sliver of area right where people fill out their flight menus and made sure I left plenty of room for them, I guess that wasn't enough room for one of the other bartenders because he about ran over to me to tell me to move over. I moved the three extra inches over and that was apparently enough for him to leave me alone for then on. Quality was solid for everything I tried. Selection was huge, as it should be at a brewery that makes this many beers. I got a sampler so I got to try five of them, most were just ok but I did really like the one. Decided to leave after that as it was becoming even more packed, I am hoping to return again before we move on to give it a more detailed look. Prices were a touch high on some of the beers but they tended to be some of the more labor intensive ones so I can kind of understand that. Overall I still love the place, I hope we can stop in again in the coming days.

This phenomenal little tasting room is way back at the end of an industrial complex (two cab drivers got lost trying to find it). High ceiling room with glass windows behind the large, L-shaped bar showcasing the brewhouse proper. An overwhelming selection, between the tap and bottle choices (they pour from bottle for on-site consumption, separate bottle selection to-go though), I think they have 35-40 options plus a Chronology flight available when we visited.

Some of the staff were very friendly, helpful and amusing. One guy, however, couldn't be bothered to discuss anything with us, even though it was relatively dead while we were there.

The beer in general is world class, of course (and if it isn't, it's certainly interesting!). The coffee BA barleywine and Chronology flight were highlights. Glad they distribute to us now, but man oh man do I wish this tasting room was in my backyard.

Nice and open, cool layout and nice selection of brew. Open windows so you can see the fermenting tanks. I could imagine it gets pretty crowded in here on the weekends. Love their beer and would definetly come back.

Huge amount of beers and merchandise for sale. Great beers on tap. When they found out I came there all the way from Canada, I was given a bunch of free stickers and coasters :) Amazing staff, even better beer!

Smaller taproom, but very large selection. Able to purchase growlers & bottles too. Awesome beer!

The place was alive with happy people taking flight to another place. The Bruery tap room is smaller than I expected. In the background was the heart of operation. The servers were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my visit and the beers.

I stop by here for a flight about 1-2 times a month. I really would love to go to the Bruery tasting room more often but there are a few annoying things that prevent me from doing so.

The Bruery Tasting Room outside of Anaheim is a great place for lovers of their style of beer. It's very casual and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike some craft breweries I've visited, who appear to be bothered that you even visited, these folks seem to care that you enjoy their beers as much as they do. (Particular thank you to Karina, who was super pleasant and helpful.) And, you cannot beat the selection! Between taps and bottles, there must have been 28-35 beers to sample. Only downside - no food of any kind. There is a food truck, which didn't come, and you can bring in outside food (again very casual vibe), but just so you're forewarned. This is truly a tasting room and not a brew pub. :)

They had an amazing tap list. And bottles for sale. There was a lot of room. And the service was pretty good. The place was crowded, but didn't feel packed. Food available outside. If you enjoy their beers you should definitely visit.

The space itself is nothing special. Some tables and barrels slapped together. If you go on the weekend, it's going to be jam packed. As in you probably won't be able to find a table and will have to awkwardly balance your giant taster (because going through that line again is the last thing you'll want to do) on whatever space you can find. They're a pretty big deal and just don't have the space. Hopefully that changes.

As for the beer...if you REALLY like bourbon/rum/scotch/etc. beers, then this is the place for you. I like them, but I also like to sip on a nice 5-7% beer, especially at a brewery. It can be hard to do here, depending on the lineup. I mean, it's some of the highest quality brew to be found, but a lot of it is north of 10%. Their Society stuff seems to be taking over. Again, if that's your thing, then you'll be a kid in a candy store. But if you like beers in the typical ABV range, then you may have a harder time finding something you like.
