Thanks to Tieman for sharing this one at his tasting.
Pours a murky honey orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, citrus zest, and slight tropical fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest and orange juice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a really nice citrus forward hop presence all around.

The Hop Project #2 poured a orange colored hue with a good 2 finger foam head. Tight lacing stuck to the sides of the glass.
Smell is dominated by citrus and pine. Nice aroma.
The taste is spicy followed by that lemon hop goodness. There is a nice bitterness that coats the tongue but is not too abrasive. Definitely an easy drinking beer. It is light on the sweetness more focused on a thin palate with deep hop presence. Overall a pretty solid offering.
