I have now been to 7 Yardhouse's. This one kicked some major A**. From the moment you walk in and see this long cooler filled with kegs after kegs to the left you know it's gonna be a fun night.

The service was out of this world. Couple of bartenders Like Brian, Tisa,DJ And the some of the best manager's I've ever in countered.

FOOD . Fantastic(slider's,t-bone and shrimp. and sourdough) YUMMY!

Vegas has its beer mecca!

127 taps - a boatload of micros = awesome.

If is off the strip about 1.5 miles south of The Luxor, but well worth the taxi fare.

Our pints were 3.75 a pop, quite the Vegas value. The bartenter was very attentive and on the spot when our pints went low.

Did not try the food - saved that for the Texas de Brasil around the corner.

I hit Vegas 2 or 3 times a year, and this will be part ogf the regular rotation - Thank You YardHouse for bringing good beer to Las Vegas!

I travel to Las vegas twice a year for sales meetings and conventions. I do not gamble so dining out with friends and colleagues has become my favorite activity.

There are countless good restaurants in Vegas, but except for the Burger Bar at Mandalay, there are really few good places for beer. Sure there's Gordon Biersch and some German place, but they have a very limited selection.

When I heard that the Yard House was coming to Las Vegas, and it was situated right down the block from Mandalay, I knew that I had to go and try it out.

It has been two years and four trips now and the Yard House has become my favorite place to go in Vegas. I always go during the week for happy hour, and we load up on half price beer and appetizers. All the food is good. All the beers are good. All the servers are good.

This last trip, we sat in a booth (5 of us) and ate and drank for over two hours and the bill was under $100.00.

A great value, and a fine beer selection.

For others who live for matching glassware, I enjoy it to. But if I have a choice of drinking a Chimay in a Chimay glass for $7, or in a generic goblet for $3.50 and it is exactly the same beer, I can live without the matching glassware!

Don't be a snob and miss out on this place. Also, stay away from the Freakin' Frog. They have matching glassware but they suck.

We dont have much for great places to grab a brew so I'll take it where I can get it. Yeah, I am not much for chains, but this one I think deserves some kudos for carrying such a variety which is not a possibility for many mom n pop stops. Yeah nothing there is quite rare on tap, but it is a wide selection...I guess for some of the" beer elite" they wont be impressed, but to me the amount on tap is something to be happy about.

It doesn't have the charm of a neighborhood bar, but makes up in selection and surrounding attractions. Sometimes too, its a plus for us that this is not just a beer bar. It's some place that we can take our folks, it's a place we can meet up with friends who have kids for lunch who dont really like beers, but everyone can leave happy with their wide variety of foods. Prices are reasonable compared to the strip, but I mostly come to the Happy Hour to get a great deal. I love that they do reverse happy hours for late night/swing shift people like us who never get to partake on the usual 5-7 kind of hours.

Well worth a visit to this relatively new bar in "Town Square" a mile or so South of the strip.
The Deuce bus stops outside the square which is handy if you want to sample a few beers.

On entry I was amazed at the selection of beer, the taps are lined up all around a central alcove to the bar, there is at least 160 I believe.

We were a little dissappointed to be told that the sampler choice was only 2 lists of 6 pre chosen beers. Nevertheless we went for them and found the quality excellent.

We also tried the chicken wings which were excellent.

Highly recommended, just a shame we didn't have longer to visit a few more times!

They had a great menu, but unfortunately the first 4 items we ordered they were out of. They told us they were in the process of updating the beer menu so it was just bad timing for us. Still we had good beers and the food was incredible. Don't leave without trying the ala cart taco's. We had one of each and they were all fresh and delicious. Even the kids food was really good.

We will definitely go back next time we are in Vegas.

Finally had the chance to check this place out after have moved to Las Vegas a month ago. First impression was pretty great a truth window showing all the kegs was pretty awesome.

Happened to sit down at the start of happy hour lucky for me how can you beat a pint of stone anything for 3 bucks. Not to mention half price apps. Was pretty hungry so grabbed a couple apps to split with the GF

Service was excellent I cant remember our servers name for the life of me but she def knew her beer and for that alone is worth a big tip in my book :) The selection of beer is pretty solid, mostly west coast and quite a few imports, I think the number on tap was somewhere around a 150 or so but based on how busy it was when I stopped in I would say they are def turning over those kegs so freshness should not be an issue it wasn't with any of the brews I tried.
So if your in the Las vegas area def check out this branch I recommend it highly

Visited this establishment on the advice of a bartender at Pour 21 in NY NY.

Yard house has more of a night club/20 something vibe than an ale house. So if your ok with loud music, pretty girls and lots of beer on tap venture off the strip and check it out, if not try the Burger Bar.

They have at least a 100 different beers on tap. Include 4 house beers and many main stream and non-main stream selection, from Coors Lt to Dog Fish Head to Chimay.

Food could be consider the norm for a bar of this type, but very good at that.

Wait staff know there beers and is more than willing to help you decide on a beer that fits your tastes.

Been going here since opening day and have gone a half-dozen times atleast. By far, it's my favorite place in Vegas to go for a good offering of drafts, food and a good time.

On average, the service has always been good. We usually go during mid-afternoon and sometimes late at night for their Happy Hour. I've never waited more than 10-15min for a table. Once seated, the servers are usually friendly and quick. 160 taps and also have some unique mixed-beer offerings.

Food has always been excellent. Seared Ahi is my favorite dish, but everything else I've had has always tasted extremely good.

Beer selection is the best in Vegas. Out of the times I've gone, there have only been 2 times where they have been out of what I've ordered. Happy Hour prices take the cost of pints down $1 and also make for half-priced appetizers.

When going with large groups of people, they have also always been helpful in splitting the bill up if desired.

All in all, a great place and I'm very happy to see that this place made it out here. I'll be back many times.

I just went to Vegas for a friend's 30th birthday. Her brother suggested the Yard House and I went there right after I dropped my bags at the hotel room.

Okay... I was starving. They had a fairly extensive menu of pub food and standard American fare. I had the french onion soup. It was outstanding. (I was starving)

The tap list was extensive. Mostly west coast brewers, some midwest, some east coast. I've never seen Chimay _on tap_ but there it was. Unfortuneatly I had a head cold which prevented me from enjoying most of the brews. It didn't stop me from ordering them. So my first Anderson Valley Hop Ottin was enjoyed in a very handicapped state. A buddy I was with said it smelled outstanding and took a sip even though she knows she hates IPAs. She still hated the bitterness, but took a sniff every now and again.

I made a recommendation to 2 folks at the table for Lost Coast Great White. Turns out they didn't like it, thought it was skunked (I had no sense of smell). The server explained that it was probably the blend of spices... but she made good anyways, by bringing them different beers without charge. Plus she told me a place I could score some Abyss.

The only negative aspect was the incredibly NOISY atmosphere. You could be heard by the person next to you, unless you were yelling. At least on Saturday night.

Overall, it was a very good bar. I loved a bunch of things about it, but the service was really impressive. I understand that my first 1-2 nights in Vegas are always the most enjoyable but I did rate it with that in mind.

Visited on a Thursday around 5 pm during happy hour which runs from 3 - 6 pm on weekdays.

Personally I thought the parking situation was excellent, with hundreds, maybe thousands, of parking spaces available within less than a two minute walk from the Yardhouse.

The atmosphere of the room itself was nice, tastefully decorated yet not by any means stuffy. Plenty of screens to watch all the games, good sized tables with nicely padded seats. I didn't venture out onto the patio but it looked somewhat nice and had a few dozen tables.

Being happy hour, it was very busy, with all tables appearing full. However my friend and I walked in and were seated promptly with no wait.

The service was wonderful. Wish I could remember our waitresses name but she came around just often enough, but not too often. Just the perfect balance. She also knew the beer and food menu well and answered all my questions easily.

The selection of beers was good. I suppose by almost any other standard it was excellent, as it has 160 beers on tap. However for some reason nothing really jumped out at me as being something I just HAD to try. I'd already had most of the beers on the list at one time or another, and pretty much everything worthwhile on the list is available for purchase at either Lee's Discount Liquors or Khoury's here in Vegas. However if you live here and don't get to those places much, or if you're an out of towner just visiting then you might see quite a few brews here that look mighty tempting.

The food my friend and I had were also on the happy hour menu, so they were half priced. I had a margherita pizza which was excellent and my friend had sliders which he said were very good.

As for value, well it depends on what time of day you go. As mentioned, we went during happy hour and so everything we had was half off, and so therefore it was quite a deal. $22 total for two drinks,a plate full of sliders and fries and a good sized pizza. However at regular price I'd say it might be pushing it a bit.

Anyways, if you're a local looking for another place to try, or a tourist looking to sample something besides hotel food and beer, then I'd recommend the Yardhouse, especially if you go there during happy hour.

The Yard House is located in the Town Square (an outdoor mall) about 1.5-2 miles south of the Strip (closer to the airport). It is tucked back into the mall, but once you find it, you'll be glad you did.

When you first enter, you walk past the row of kegs, and at this point you know your in for a treat, as it appears there are more kegs than one could count. The atmosphere ventures toward being a bit "trendy," but in a good way. We had a +45-minute wait, but it was a Saturday night around 9pm, so I can't really complain.

The bar lies in the center, with the taps wrapping around both sides. I never saw what the final count was, but it was certainly in the mid 100's. Being from Ohio, I was excited to see many beers I couldn't get back home (Deschutes, Firestone, Alaskan, etc.). Great Belgian selection, too!

The food was excellent as well, with dressed-up versions of many of the classic bar food selection, ranging from Bernaise sliders to Jamaican wings. I'd recommend the Hawaiian Poke stack. Service was on point, as well. Never even had half an empty glass before the waitress was back around to check, as well as offer advice on which beers to go with next.

All in all, this was a great stop. If you are planning a trip to Vegas and are a beer person, make sure you plan on swinging through here at some point during your trip.

This Town Mall or whatever one wants to call it was built really fast and I mean even by Vegas standards. The interior decor is a little different than the others I have been in and to me it is more comfortable.
On a recent week I had two late afternoon meetings with casino types and both were complaining how slow business was. I then went to the Yard House and it was packed!! and this is a week when nothing was going on in Vegas. This one seems to have a little better selection of micros but I have heard from more than one person that everyone here drinks BMC and the freshness of the beer is a big problem.
UPDATE 9/20/11 I stopped in here for lunch today, and started with the usual questions, any new IPA's answer no any new pilsners answer no, anything from Tenaya Creek, blank stare so I said you have never heard of this micro right, the bartender said no never heard of it . OMG Tenaya Creek is a Las Vegas based micro in business for 10 years or more. I ordered a grilled romaine entree salad, I recieved a grilled artichoke. While I was there a hostess came by with a arm full of menus, Yardhouse menus have a hard cover, she hit my barstool so hard she moved it, no are you OK, no I am sorry, she just kept walking. Yardhouse Corporate, the ship is taking on water!!

In town for business and went here for eastern time dinner. Mid-day.

Keg cooler in view behind glass as you come in the door. Bar in the center with taps circle in the center.

Weather was pleasent so we sat on the patio and had a dip app and the seafood lunch on menu. Both were good portions and very good flavor.

I found four west coast beers I had not had before and was pleased with that. I can understand why someone from the west coast would think the beer selection was boring.

Could not stay for Happy Hour, my lose I believe. $3 pints and half price apps.

Nice upscale tap location with good food.

Came here after the giant disappointment that is Aces & Ales. Say what you want about it being a chain - that pretty much guarantees a ton of fresh taps and consistent service.
Like most other locations, this one has literally about 100 taps, and as expected about 90% of them are good, and about 30% of those are full-on stellar. Everything from everyday items like SNPA and Sam Adams to Rogue Hazelnut, DFH 90 Minute IPA, Spaten Optimator, Arrogant Bastard, and several St. Bernardus brews. Prices are fairly low, too. Especially considering what beer tends to go for on the strip. These are pretty much "normal" prices for the rest of the country. Have a macro-loving friend? A quick glance reveals options for those folks, too.
Not exactly the most fun place to hang-out ever (it looks like any other restaurant), but there's nothing overtly wrong with it either.
Food's pretty good, and the service was quick. We ordered 7 different beers and all of them were back at the table in less than 2 minutes. We simply ordered some snack appetizers (you're in Vegas - there are better places to eat, obviously) and they were tasty, reasonably priced, and out in minutes.
This is a great alternative to the many places on the strip with so-so beer selection at inflated prices. Take a quick cab south of Mandalay Bay and hit this place up for a great selection, service, prices, etc.

Visited this place in 2014, very nice selection of brews, but expensive. A pretty big/nice place had some music playing. The food was pretty good as well. Lot's of kids in the place that night. Did not get any food, but saw plates coming out of the kitchen that looked pretty good.

What can I say? My second Yardhouse location and this one did not disappoint. The tortilla soup was just as good (best I've had anywhere) and the burger I had was outstanding.

A bit off the beaten path from the strip, but worth a cab ride for the beer selection alone. I had a very fresh Ruination, and a SN Anniversary. Ordered an Old Rasputin at one point but received something that was not even close. Server graciously took it back.

Town Square area is a decent place to stroll around while you are out there.
