Appearance: straw thin hello golden. medium carbonation. No head. Crystal clear in complexion.

Smell: mild corn hints. Hints of alcohol. Fruity notes. Grapes.

Appearance: Bright opening. pale bitter taste. Burst of bubbles with a dry finish. Taste somewhat hollow watery feel. It basically taste like beer. Better than heineken but nothing spectacular.

Mouthfeel: bubbly. Somewhat sharp burning feel. Dissolves quickly.

Drinkability: Light.crisp refreshing. Drinkable but not very interesting. Good in it's category. Good beer for watching sports and snacking.

Belgian in origin, but not at all representative of the region's preferred/famous style, this pale golden lager with a thick lace does manage to stand out among the plethora of mainstream lagers out there. The scent is almost floral - a definite spicy, hoppy sharpness and presence. The taste follows this, with more complexity and depth than similar brews. Not half bad, and a solid step in-between mainstream and craft beer.

The taste is probably slightly under average, but then in finishes sweet and leaves you feeling satisfied. It's supposedly a girly beer, but I don't think many girls would appreciate it. It starts out slightly too bitter but then gets better. It's a good lightly above average beer when nothing interesting is around.

11.2 oz botlle into a pint glass.
A: A pale golden appearance, with a white head. Head does not stay long
S; A fishy aroma mixed with a bold corn/grain aroma.
T/M: A vey typical lager mouthfeel, with a basic grainy taste. Not much to the body of this beer. Mouthfeek is a bit bland.
D: easy to put down, but not calling me back from the taste.

Apperance- The tint is a light golden yellow with little head

Smell- Smell some malt and some herbs

Taste- The taste is about average has a slight malt taste and some bitterness

Mouthfeel- A light beer goes down smooth

Drinkability- Is drinkable because it's a light beer but would drink other beers instead

Served from tap into a Weizen glass. Pours a golden yellow with one finger white head. Maintained excellent lacing throughout. The aroma was comprised of wheat and citrus. The flavor was of citrus and slight malt. It was light on the palate with low carbonation. Overall this was a very refreshing brew. Not my favorite brew I've had, but definitely not the worst. This is the one I go with for a lighter brew when the other options are not good.

This is an amazing pale lager from Europe. This is a great beer if you are a fan of European style lagers. It is really light in color and it is smooth. A good summer beer. The only down side to the beer is it' s scent because it smells a little burnt. Aside from the smell it is a nice refreshing pale lager.

If you're looking for a light lager, this is it! This is definitely my favorite beer - although I have recently getting into beer tasting. Love how foamy it is (and it lasts too!) and the flavor is just right! It's not too strong like dark beers thankfully (although I like that at times), and it has an awesome drinkability.

I understand it seems a lot of people in this website like strong heavy beers, so if that's the case I guess this is not it for you, but to me this beer is perfect!

Although light and airy this beer has a very bad after taste to it. the appearance of it is good, if poured correctly the head usually is about 1/2 and inch thick smell is very desireable but i personlly can not sit and enjoy this beer like i would with other ones of its style

It's sort of a "beginner's beer". If somebody is knew to drinking and they're not quite into the taste, this one goes down easily, it's light and you can drink a few bottles and not feel completely bloated, making it a good experience...which is perhaps why so many people latch onto it rather than moving onto more delicious brews.

Start here...but move on, kids.

Apearance - Pours a crystal clear golden yellow with a 1.5 finger white head with low staying power.

Nose- Sweet malt with a hint of herbal, spicy hops. Not skunky.

Palate- Sweet light malt with some mild hop bitterness in the middle. Finishes sweet.

Mouthfeel- light bodied, on the lower side of carbonation.

Drinkability- Easy going, but pretty nondiscript.

Stella is quite possibly the worst beer I've ever had. It looks fine, has a mediocre nose, and the mouthfeel is nothing to write complaints about. The taste, however, is where this brew fails miserably. Approaching the average aspects of its presentation otherwise (appearance, nose), one would expect something smooth with little to write home about. Frankly, I expected this beer to be drinkable. The flavor is so off it makes me wonder what they used to brew it, it couldn't have been barley for I can't find a hint of those flavors. The hops are no where to be seen, tasted, or smelled. This brew fails with flying colours.

Good beer. Nice yellow color. Short head. Non intrusive. Goes well with less savory meals. Cheeses, garlic, etc. Prefer it with a meal more than drinking alone. Not usually a beer to pull out for a visit.

Prefer on tap instead of bottle.

Has a stinky smell to it that can be off putting.

A little skunky smell. Color is pale yellow with a small one-finger head. Loads of bubbles. Taste is average, but a little different than what I expected. It's got an almost "buttery" flavor with hints of pepper with some lemon zest. Beer is better on tap than in a bottle.

drank a lot of this when I was working in EMEA....not sure why!

A - lite straw, decent 1 finger head a bit of lacing

S - mild grass/malt unremarkable really

T - I guess it was much better on tap at the hotel I regularly stayed at in paris (I think it was paris, may have been the hilton at the ariport at heathrow), lite lager taste, again unremarkable

M - mild carbonation, not bad

D - we drank this stuff like water years ago, guess it's an ok rep for the style but it won't end up in my cart again

This beer pours a pale yellow colour with an average one finger fluffy head that fades slowly with hardly any lacing,it smells quite funky really like off watery hops,it has a below average mouthfeel and just tastes like water, malty hops nothing really too it here, and its funny too cos in australia this is considered as a big euro beer which usually goes for $60 a carton or more so yeah i definately cant see what all the fuss is about with it definately not for me.

Poured into a pint glass.

Very pale yellow color with bright white one finger head. Bubbles raging the sides of the glass.

Smells like skunk got into ye olde flower shop. Its mild but its not the best smell around.

Taste isnt too bad. Once you can get past all the carbonation theres a sweetness there thats pleasant and inviting. Its what you would expect from a beer like this.

Mouthfeel is too carbonated and pretty thin.

Fairly priced and goes down smooth so it could be sessioned easily.

Pours pale straw yellow with a decent white head that has average to poor retention but little side lacing.
Aroma- Wow, talk about skunky beer. I asked my wife to check out the odor and she told me that my PEE will end up smelling like a skunk.
When it comes to taste it is just hard to get by the odor.
This beer has a very offensive odor, that dominates its otherwise mediocre to poor qualities.

I have had from a bottle and tap in America, and on tap in Belgium. Sadly, no matter the country, same crappy taste.

Ok, head nothing great, kinda fluffy, gold in color.

Aroma- skunky

Color is straw, normal color.

Taste is very bland and skunky. One of my least favorite beers.

Visual Appeal: very translucent, paler gold than Pilsner Urquell

Smell: pleasant pilsner hop aroma

Flavor: average hop bitterness, pilsner-like taste, but pretty thin

Mouthfeel: extremely thin, barely any zing available

Drinkability: I might have a few with some food, but I would not drink this by itself

A-It's got a typical Lager look to it. Nothing great but also nothing horrible.

S-It's got a decent hoppy smell to it.

T- It has a nice clean taste that isnt overwhelming.

M-it's very fizzy but it does have a clean Finish

D-It's a good Brew.

It's a pretty good brew and it's probably best had with food. It's not a beer that I'd take on by itself really. It goes well with BBQ foods and Pizza.

Poured from 12oz bottle to pint glass.

A: Pours a light golden color with a small off-white head with not much retention or lacing, but a nice fizzy body.

S: Smells very light as a light lager should.

T: Watery but stronger on the hop characteristic, little bit of a floral taste, not bad.

Overall: A pretty good restaurant beer, goes great with most food and is highly drinkable, one of the better lagers.

I have had this beer quite a few different times both on tap and out of the bottle as it is one of my friends favorites.

A - It pours a nice golden color

S - smells to me a lot like a American Lager and average

T- taste is smooth. It is compared to Budlight and other cheap domestics but I do prefer it over most of them because I find the taste cleaner and smoother.

M - More watery then my taste prefers

D - It is overall a easy drinking beer. I have had it from different places and sometimes seems to be slightly skunked in the bottle at times but even then does not taste terrible.

Over all I would rank it an average beer. Not something I would go out of my way to get but if its there I don't mind drinking it.
