Served in a shaker pint glass.

Pours a relatively dark amber hue, with a bit more than a finger of hussy-white foamy head. The smell is dominated by the pleasant aroma of strong citrus hops, joined in turn by maple syrup, mandarin oranges, coriander, and molasses. Quite fruity, yes, but not without a good deal of malty sweetness. The taste follows well in order, with those citrus hops once again earning top billing, while coriander, lemon peel, cardamum, and molasses relegated to, at best, co-starring roles. Now, the body may be fairly light, but the carbonation is so heavy that it somehow adds a good amount of weight, while simultaneously driving down the overall drinkability. I mean, you can only take so many bubbles before wanting to burst, and this brew comes dangerously close to this should-be-asymptotic line.
