Solid amber color with a thick head with good retention.
Aroma with notes of caramel and orange marmalade.
Flavor with notes of caramels, orange and grapefruit marmalade and pine resin. Dry aftertaste with a robust bitterness that carries some twist, I assume from the peyote cactus.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Although somewhat a one-dimensional IPA, that is an interesting brew. The bitterness from the peyote (really part of the recipe?) combined well with its hops helping to balance its heavy caramel base.

Taste: complex, semi sweet, tangy, slight chewy, but very balance between malt backbone and hop notes. Subtle flowery, fruit nose. Deep Red Copper color, clear, large head with ring of nice lattice. Medium/Full body. Very drinkable and would pair well with many dishes. 60 IBUs

Darker golden. Piney aroma. Bitter piney, floral hop presence. Bit of malt body there. A little bit of balance. Medium carbonation. Overall, mediocre pale ale.
