While in Los Angeles my wife and I went for dinner at a vegan Mexican place, Gracias Madre. Wonderful food.
This beer is fairly ordinary, but went well with the food.
A clear gold color with a small white head.
Aroma of sweet grain.
It tasted like Frosted Flakes.
Light-bodied, drinkable.

Tried this with spicy tacos. Mostly Carmel with a hint of hops. Not very flavorful. Did not stand up to the meal.

L- Clear yellow-copper body, slightly cloudy. White head.
S- Fresh malts.
T- Fresh malts.
F- Light and a bit bubbly.
O- Like most blonde ales, a simple fresh beer without much to add. Fresh drink.

Best before 12/11/15.

Pours a clear dark golden-orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of grain, corn flake, and grass aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, frosted corn flake, and grass flavors on the finish. There is a very mild amount of earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is drinkable, but nothing really stands out about it to me.

Serving type: bottle.
